Analysis Of The Willingness And Influencing Factors Of The Floating Female Population In Rural And Urban My Country

Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous development of my country’s economy,my country’s population has begun to flow on a large scale in the form of inter-provincial mobility,inter-provincial inter-city,inter-city inter-county and other methods.The process of population flow in our country presents the basic characteristics of the flow from rural areas to cities,and from underdeveloped areas to developed areas.The Opinions on the Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy issued by the State Council in 2018 proposed that “promote the orderly settlement of rural-urban migrant populations with conditions,willingness,stable employment and residences in cities and towns.” Promote rural-urban floating populations in cities and towns.Gradually realizing settlement has become one of the key directions in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The “Key Tasks for New Urbanization Construction in 2019” issued by the State Council pointed out that “the conditions for settlement must be fully liberalized and restrictions on settlement for key groups must be completely lifted.” It can be seen that the state is paying more attention to the settlement of rural migrants in cities.With the development of the times,the proportion of female rural-urban floating population in my country’s rural-urban floating population group has gradually increased.From the perspective of gender equality,the survival and development of female rural-urban migrant groups are related to the harmonious development of countless families and even the entire society.In this context,studying the willingness and influencing factors of female rural-urban floating population in my country is of great significance to the country’s economic development,social stability and rural revitalization.This article uses the national migrant population dynamic monitoring data released by the National Health Commission in 2017 as the research data,starting from the four dimensions of individual characteristics,family characteristics,migrant characteristics,and socioeconomic characteristics,and combining theory with empirical analysis methods for women township-Research on the willingness of urban floating population to settle down.First,clarify the relevant concepts of female rural-urban migrants’ willingness to settle down,and combine them with research results at home and abroad to comb them theoretically.Secondly,using descriptive statistical analysis and cross-analysis methods to analyze the basic conditions and willingness to settle in the female rural-urban migrant population.Third,establish a multivariate logistic regression model to further explore the factors influencing the willingness of female rural-urban migrants to settle down through the regression analysis of selected variables.The final conclusion draws the ethnicity,marital status,age,and education level at the individual level;the number of local workers in the family in terms of family characteristics,whether there are current difficulties in the local family,whether there are current difficulties in the home family,and whether the parents had it before the first migration Migrant work experience;mobility duration,scope of mobility,reason for mobility,whether the first mobility is alone in mobility characteristics;local monthly housing expenditures,local monthly total expenditures,main occupations,nature of employment units,and the same period last year in socioeconomic characteristics Compared with changes in monthly income and other factors,all of my country’s female rural-urban migrants have an impact on their willingness to settle.According to the research conclusions,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to stabilize the employment income of rural-urban floating population,improve the professional skills of female rural-urban floating population,and promote the innovation of urban floating population housing security management.
