Based on the dynamic monitoring data of floating population in 2015,this paper uses the binary logistic model to analyze the floating population's residence intention.Based on the research of scholars, this article increases variables such as cost of living and family factors, and focuses on the analysis of personal and family-level factors to analyze the influencing factors of residence intention. On the individual level, women's residency will be significantly higher than that of men;marital status, remarriage, and other marital statuses are significantly higher than those of unmarried people;in terms of education level, primary and primary and secondary education levels have no significant effect on residence intention, and the level of high school and later With an increase in education, their willingness to stay gradually increased. This shows that the level of education is clearly divided by the level of high school education. With the increase in personal income, the desire to stay has become stronger and stronger;Obviously restraining the willingness to stay in cities at various income levels indicates that housing costs, housing loans, and other housing costs are constrained by economic income, affecting the floating population's willingness to stay together;after increasing the cost of living, they will show a clear will to stay with the rising cost of living. The increase indicates that the floating population tends to settle in large cities with high cost of living, but the increase in the cost of living further constrains the city's willingness to stay under various income levels. At the family level, the impact of children's and elderly's factors on the intention to stay is analyzed. For all migrants, the analysis of the impact of whether or not the elderly and children have on their intention to stay will reveal that families with children will have a strong desire to stay, and those without migrants will also tend to stay in the place of entry for a long time.Children are the motive force for the migration of the floating population, while the elderly have an inhibitory effect on the migration of the floating population;for the floating population of the elderly with children and children, the children's age has a significant impact, especially the younger the first child's floating population. The stronger the residents' desire to stay, the 5-15 year-olds' enthusiasm for migrants has a strong desire to stay, but the gender impact of children is not significant;the migrants with two elderly people have a lower desire to stay than a senior citizen;Among the migrants of other siblings, although they are small in number, they have a stronger desire to live in other cities for a long time. With regard to whether or not they can go back to take care of the elderly, the migrant population who cannot go back to take care of them will have a better chance of residing than they can.The migrant population who go back to take care of,the migrant population who may not be able to go back to take care of is the weakest. Finally, based on the results of this study, several policy recommendations are proposed.Governments and enterprises should integrate resources to strengthen the ability of migrants to train their skills and skills. At the same time, they must strengthen the subsistence allowances and housing guarantees for migrants and reduce the cost of living. The education system must be improved to meet the educational needs of migrants, but also to migrants.Equal educational opportunities for children;support for socialized old-age care institutions such as elderly apartments, improvement of China's pension service system, improvement of social security systems, promotion of equalization of basic urban public services, and guarantee of the right of migrants to equal public services.
