Research On Collaborative Information Supply Mode Under The Framework Of Emergency Response Capacity Building

The "Proposals of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-Term Goals for 2035" once again put forward that "the effectiveness of national governance has been newly improved,the system and mechanisms for preventing and resolving major risks have been continuously improved,and public emergency Incident emergency response capabilities have been significantly enhanced,improving the national emergency management system,and strengthening the construction of emergency materials security system.” It can be seen that my country’s current emergency response capabilities need to be further strengthened.Emergency response cannot be separated from the support of information supply.Only rapid,accurate and effective information is available.Only by supply can the emergency response capability be improved.Based on the framework of my country’s emergency response capacity building,this paper discusses the issue of building a collaborative information supply model.First,define the relevant concepts of the information supply model and introduce the relevant theoretical foundations,such as synergy theory,information supply,and synergy supply.Using quantitative analysis methods and case analysis methods,starting from the existing literature,fully understand the research status,evolution process,research trends,development problems,etc.of the collaborative information supply model under the framework of emergency response capacity construction;secondly,analyze my country’s information supply In order to find out the problems and experience in it,from the perspective of the emergency response capabilities that have been less studied,combined with specific cases,and with the help of information transmission,summarize the characteristics of my country’s current information supply and lay the foundation for the construction of a collaborative information supply model..Finally,build a collaborative information supply model in my country,build a collaborative information supply model that fully integrates Internet technology,conforms to my country’s modern governance system,and comprehensively considers my country’s current social conditions to provide support for the country to modernize its governance system and emergency response capabilities.
