| With the deepening of the severity of the aging situation,the rigid demand of China’s pension service will be further strengthened.In 2019,China proposed to promote the continuous improvement of the quality of China’s elderly care services.The service quality of nursing institutions will affect the life quality of the elderly and directly affect social stability.Therefore,the government regulatory departments need to improve the supervision of service quality of pension service institutions,so as to effectively ensure that pension service institutions actively provide high-quality pension service.However,pension service institutions are characterized by large internal cost,high operational risk and long return cycle.At the same time,China has problems such as imperfect legal system for supervision of service quality of pension service institutions,excessive supervision cost and lack of service quality evaluation standards.How to effectively supervise pension institutions by government regulators to ensure high-quality services,the above issues are worth further study.Therefore,this study combined status analysis with quantitative analysis,took pension service institutions as the research object,studied the supervision of service quality of pension service institutions by studying the status quo,finding problems,analyzing problems and putting forward suggestions,and scientifically carried out the following studies on the supervision of service quality of pension service institutions:First,it summarizes the supervision status and problems of service quality in China’s pension institutions.Due to the lack of diversified supervision subjects and innovative supervision methods,the cost of government supervision is too high,which will inevitably affect the frequency and progress of government supervision.Only by reducing the pressure of government supervision can the supervision effect be better strengthened and the service quality of pension institutions be improved.In addition,the supervision of service quality of pension service institutions in China mainly relies on basic service standards and norms,and the comprehensive supervision and regulation system is not perfect.Moreover,the current quality standard system,evaluation system and monitoring system of pension service are not perfect,which are not conducive to objectively guiding China’s pension service institutions to provide high-quality pension service.Second,it analyzes the supervision of service quality of pension institutions in China.In order to improve the service quality of pension service institutions,relevant regulatory suggestions were provided.The perspective theory was integrated with evolutionary game theory,and the perceived return matrix of regulatory departments and pension service institutions was constructed through the value function in the perspective theory,and the equilibrium point of the model was finally solved.Through simulation analysis,it analyzes how the evolution direction changes when different parameters change.Research shows that service quality of pension institutions is closely related to costs and benefits,and the supervision strength,rewards,punishments and subsidies of regulatory departments also affect service quality.Third,put forward the relevant suggestions on the supervision of service quality of pension institutions.Based on the analysis of the previous chapters,the paper gives some suggestions on the supervision of service quality of pension institutions.The conclusion is that it should be improved from three aspects:establishing incentive mechanism for old-age service talents,consolidating old-age service foundation,improving quality and efficiency of old-age service institution construction,improving service income,perfecting relevant system and strengthening supervision of old-age service.In general,based on the analysis of the overall status quo of service quality supervision in China’s pension service institutions,this paper analyzes the choice of supervision strategies for pension service institutions and regulatory departments with the help of evolutionary game theory and model construction,and makes a scientific and systematic study of service quality supervision in China’s pension service institutions.Based on the review of the current supervision status of the service quality of pension institutions in China,this paper has formed the current supervision status of imperfect government supervision laws and regulations and lack of quality standards and evaluation system.Through the analysis of the evolution of different influencing factors,the paper obtains the opinions on the supervision of the quality of pension service in China,and makes clear the importance of the cost and income of providing high-quality service for pension institutions,which can provide a certain basis for the government supervision. |
