Research On Problems Of The Quality Service Of Pension Agency In Harbin

Aging population is a common problem faced by the world. In recent years, the elderly population has increased rapidly in Harbin, with the gradual weakening of family support functions, more and more older people choose pension agency. Comparing with the community care and home care, institution pension can bring economies of scale and provide more professional care and nursing service. Quality service of pension agency directly determines the life quality of the elderly. Currently, the pension agencies in Harbin have begun to develop gradually, however, there are still problems about the service quality. It is necessary to carry out some research on the quality service of pension agency in Harbin.This paper takes the pension agency in Harbin as a research object and do some research on the quality service of pension agency. Taking Welfare Pluralism Theory,Socialization of Social Welfare and Public Goods Theory as the bases. First of all, it reviews the development status of pension agency and some policies in Harbin, and analyzes the current situation of quality service of pension agency in Harbin. Secondly, it describes the principles and steps of building service quality evaluation index system, and builds service quality evaluation index system by Analytic Hierarchy Process. Thirdly, on the basis of service quality evaluation index system, it uses Questionnaire Survey and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to make an evaluation on the quality service of pension agency in Harbin. Finally, combining with the results, it will propose some suggestions to improve the quality service of pension agency in Harbin.
