As early as 2015,when General Secretary Xi Jinping participated in the deliberations of the Shanghai delegation at the Third Session of the Twelfth National People’s Congress,he emphasized the need to "build a team of professional community workers with good quality." This puts forward new requirements for the construction of my country’s urban and rural community service system.Entering the 14th Five-Year Plan,the risks and difficulties of social management are gradually increasing,resulting in a series of social problems and contradictions.The community is an organization that prevents and solves problems and contradictions in the first step,which can maintain social order and promote society.An important function of stability.An urban community full-time worker author refers to a worker who has passed the assessment or passed the examination and is elected in accordance with the law to engage in community management and service full-time in the community neighborhood committee.The current urban community full-time worker author is responsible for uploading,distributing,and carrying out grassroots mass autonomy and grid The important responsibility of chemical management,especially during Novel coronavirus pneumonia,played an important role.Job satisfaction is an important indicator to measure the stability and quality of an organization’s team.The organization’s human resource index status and the employee’s organizational cultural identity will affect the employee’s job performance and job stability.It also measures the health of the organization’s human resource management process.Therefore,exploring the human resource index status,organizational cultural identity,and its relationship with job satisfaction of the team of full-time workers in urban communities is of great significance for building an efficient and stable team of full-time workers in urban communities.To this end,this research conducted a questionnaire survey and field interviews with human resource index,organizational cultural identity and Job satisfaction as the core variables from July to August 2020 to the streets and urban communities of H District,combining with the city over the years.The relevant documents and research results of community full-time workers have explored the following research conclusions:(1)The human resource index positively affects Job satisfaction;(2)Organizational cultural identity positively affects Job satisfaction;(3)Organizational cultural identity plays a mediating role between human resource index and Job satisfaction.Based on the data analysis and interviews of the questionnaire,it was concluded that the full-time staff writers in urban communities have many problems in the administrative affairs of neighborhood committees,anxiety about personnel relations,narrow promotion channels,ambiguous salary strategies,incomplete education and training systems,and insufficient cultural management values.Therefore,in order to increase the job satisfaction of full-time workers in urban communities,improve the human resource management level of urban community party organizations and neighborhood committees,and place them under the basic governance context of"modernization of urban social governance",it is proposed Six levels of countermeasures and suggestions were implemented,including the implementation of the work access mechanism,clarification of personnel relations,broadening of career development channels,clarification of salary level strategies,perfecting the normalization of education and training for all employees,and strengthening the construction of community culture.
