Study On The Urban Cultural Identity Of New Generation Of Migrant Workers From The Perspective Of Human’s All-round Development Theory

The new generation of migrant workers into the urban culture is related to China’s urban and rural integration and the socialist modernization process.At present,the new generation of migrant workers have very strong subjective demands to urban culture,but due to the long-term effects of a series of subjective and objective factors,such as the urban and rural household registration system,economic income,social prejudice and so on,which cause they lack of the urban sense of belonging and in the city’s cultural identity crisis.New generation of migrant workers to the urban cultural identity is a process of two-way interaction and identity.Not only need new generation of migrant workers from the heart to accept urban culture,but also need the city to recognize them.Only by realizing two-way identity,can they complete the process of citizenization and finally realize their dream of city.Therefore,in the context of urbanization and modernization,the research on how to in line withthe human-centered principle of urbanization to promote the urban cultural identity of new generation of migrant workers and further promote the city and the country to achieve real deep integration is imminent.For the new generation migrant workers,the whole society should not only focus on their housing,employment,social security and other material requirements,but we should be more deep in their hearts,pay attention to their spiritual needs and inject more humanistic care to them.Made it clear that they value subject status.Finally let them in the pursuit of material benefits as well as for their spiritual and cultural development to make their material and spiritual,ability and personality,social relations free and comprehensive.There is a very strong humanistic care in human’s all-round development theory,which stress to focus on the needs and the value of real people.This theory provide the human-oriented materialism guidance for us.Therefore,we take human’s all-round development theory as the breakthrough point,and analyze the formation process,main contents and the communist party of China on the exploration achievement of human’s all-round development thought,which intend to explore the reality of the path to promote urban cultural identity of the new generation migrant workers.Taking Taiyuan city of Shanxi Province as an example,based on the empirical study of the new generation of migrant workers,urban residents and head of the unit,we want to have a more in-depth and comprehensive understanding of their current status quo and existing problems.The analysisshow that the new generation of migrant workers have a lot of urban cultural identity advantages.But at the same time,the problem of cultural identity level is hindering them into virtually the pace of the city,which make they get into confused troubles.These mainly manifested as low self-identity and social identity,inner lack on a city’s sense of belonging,unblocked social relations channel,imbalance degree of cultural identity to material spiritual,monotonous civic life and outstanding psychological problems,insatiable cultural needs,etc.The emergence of these problems are the result of many factors such as the urban and rural household registration system,economic income,urban and rural cultural differences,social prejudice,migrant workers own factors,etc.Therefore,under the guidance of Marx’s all-round development thought,we need take effective measures to strengthen the top-level design,social care and their own quality so that we can provide institutional guarantee,favorable social environment and endogenous power for them.Finally,the new generation of migrant workers and urban can realize two-way identity and promote the new generation migrant achieving all-round development of material and spirit,so that they can really into the urban culture.
