By September,2012, the population of low-income families of China has reached morethan0.7hundred million, among the population of it, the low-income families in the town is21339978, and in the rural area the number is52514132(the network of Ministry of CivilAffairs of PRC), according to the census of2010, more than95%of the low-income familiesin the town live in urban slum. Since2000,the scale slum redevelopment has improve thepeople`s livelihood in the term of housing conditions, but at the back of the continuedimproving living condition, there are violence, intimidation, coercion and savage, compulsorytransaction hidden. Among the demolition trading, the relocated households are alwaysvulnerable groups between the transaction, and the low-income families in the town are worse.When their demolition compensation rights is invaded, as they have no ability to assert theirrights, most of them follow the way of knocked out the teeth to stomach, several of them eventake the way of self-mutilation, suicide to obtain the attention of the demolition, the relevantdepartments, social media.In terms of improving the social security system, the questionnaire investigation and casestudy are doing on the condition of the invading of the fied right of the relocated households,which is living in a certain reconstruction urban slum, the characteristics of the lack of theright protection of the low-income families are summarized, and the idea and suggestionshow we should maintenance and protect the right of the low-income families in the slumredevelopment in the future have been proposed.This paper is mainly divided into four parts to elaborate. The first part, the researchbackground, research significance, literature review, research methods are mainly introduced.The second part, by the way of questionnaires on the movement low-income families incertain community in Ji Lin, the present situation of the low-income families`fied right on theprocess of city house demolition has been concluded. The third part, still by the way ofquestionnaires, concluded among the process of removing the house of the low-incomefamilies, there are three general question on encroaching on the fiel rights of the low-incomefamilies. The fourth part, integrated with the question on encroaching on the fiel rights of thelow-income families and the present situation of the low-income families`fied right on theprocess of city house demolition, the idea targeted on the protection of the fied right of thelow-income families has been proposed.
