Research On Lenin’s Thought Of State Governance

Lenin’s thought of state governance is a theoretical achievement formed by Lenin creatively combining the basic principles of Marxism with the practice of Russian socialist revolution and concrete construction.In the exploration and practice of the construction of the new socialist regime and state governance in the Soviet state,Lenin inherited and carried forward the state theory of Marx and Engels.In view of the dangerous and complex domestic and foreign environment,Lenin always kept a clear judgment,analyzed various situations,adjusted the governance strategy,promoted the construction practice,and improved various theories.It is in the dialectical development of Russian socialist modernization theory and construction practice that Lenin’s thought of state governance has been continuously developed,perfected and matured.Although Lenin’s exploration and practice of state governance is relatively short,it has achieved great achievements and important influence.It is of great guiding significance for socialist countries,especially China,to realize the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity at the present stage to systematize and study Lenin’s national governance thought and explore its theoretical implication and practical value.On the basis of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,this study adopts a variety of methods,such as the unification of logic and history,the combination of theory and practice,etc.,and carries out an in-depth discussion on the following four aspects: First,the historical background and theoretical basis of the formation of Lenin’s thought on state governance.At the end of the 19 th century and the beginning of the 20 th century,Russia’s internal contradictions intensified,national contradictions intensified,various conflicts occurred frequently;Under the special social and historical conditions of Russia,Vladimir Lenin inherited and developed Marxism Friedrich Engels’ s state theory,essence,function,die,such as theory,led the October socialist revolution,which is both socialism from theory to practice of historical course,and a preliminary exploration of socialist country management thought.Second,the historical evolution of Lenin’s thought of state governance.This part combs and shows the three stages of the formation of governance thought from the vertical Angle.First,in the embryonic stage before the October Revolution,Lenin analyzed and studied the state theory of Marx and other classic writers,and fought against the schools that distorted the Marxist state theory,thus providing theoretical guidance for the Bolshevik Party to seize the state power;Followed by years of civil war in the preliminary exploration of the situation at home and abroad,people’s lives increasingly difficult,the style of governance of the state power shifted,the Bolshevik party’s absolute leadership instead of the original multi-party coalition,economic construction importance gradually appear,to defend the state power Lenin adjust management idea,advocated the wartime communist policy;Finally,the mature stage of the new economic policy period.Because the wartime economic policy caused the peasants as the representative of the broad masses of dissatisfaction,Lenin began to implement the new economic policy after full consideration,from the reality of the practice of socialist modernization construction to provide governance experience.Thirdly,the main content of Lenin’s thought of state governance.From a horizontal perspective,this study analyzes and concludes that the policies and systems formulated and implemented in the practice of Russian socialist construction constitute the basic content of Lenin’s thought on state governance.First,political governance is the fundamental guarantee of national governance.To ensure the overall leadership of the Bolshevik Party,strengthen the construction of the cadre team,let the people really participate in the national governance process and play the main role.Second,economic governance is the focus of national governance.We should formulate new economic policies to develop the productive forces,observe the principle of public ownership of the means of production,ensure that the national economy develops in the right direction,develop the positive role of cooperatives,and meet the needs of farmers for their own development.Third,rule of law is an inevitable requirement of national governance.We need to ensure the socialist system with a complete legal system,institutionalize national governance,build a socialist legal system and improve legal supervision mechanisms through legal system construction,so as to ensure the smooth progress of the construction of state power while safeguarding the rights of the people.Fourth,cultural governance is the spiritual support of national governance.We will attach importance to the development of socialist culture,actively publicize Marxist theory,and constantly raise the cultural level of the people,learn from advanced foreign cultures.Fourth,the historical significance and contemporary enlightenment of Lenin’s thought of state governance.Lenin’s thoughts explored and summarized in the practice of socialist construction are scientific in theory and practice.They are of great significance to the socialist countries in the world and especially to the modernization of China’s national governance system and governance capacity.
