Research On Influencing Factors Of Social Security Satisfaction Of Urban Residents

The research on social security satisfaction has important theoretical and practical significance.As an important part of the basic public service system,social security shoulders an important responsibility for ensuring the needs of the people for a better life.Social security satisfaction reflects the social security needs of the public to a certain extent,reflects the quality of social security services,and is an important indicator of public service performance.Based on the data from the telephone survey of public service satisfaction in 17 cities in Shandong Province(2017),this research conducted an empirical analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of urban residents’ social security satisfaction.The research results show that the overall satisfaction of urban residents with social security is not high;among the social security sub-projects,the satisfaction of pension insurance and medical insurance with a larger coverage is relatively high,and the satisfaction of social assistance and housing security is relatively low,which has been greatly improved.space.In terms of factors affecting social security satisfaction,the hypothesis has been partially verified.In the part of public interest appeals,government welfare role recognition and service expectations will have a significant impact on social security and various sub-projects:the more the government assumes responsibility in the field of social security,the higher the satisfaction of social security and sub-projects;the higher the service expectations Higher,the lower the satisfaction of social security services and sub-projects.In terms of social attitudes,the stronger the sense of happiness,the lower the satisfaction of social security and sub-projects.In terms of system status,compared with government agencies and institutions,corporate or other types of work personnel have lower levels of satisfaction with social security and various sub-projects.In order to improve urban residents’ social security security satisfaction and ease the supply pressure of social security services,this study puts forward the following recommendations:Policies and practices should give more attention to social assistance and housing security;bridge differences in institutional status and promote institutional fairness;strengthen social security Publicity of policies and concepts promotes the multi-level and diversified development of social security provision.
