Emergency Disaster Prevention Knowledge Popularization Experience And Reference Of South Korea

At present,human social risks and emergencies are increasing,prompting the world to enter the risk society.Since 2003,China has gradually constructed an emergency management mechanism with Chinese characteristics.With the deepening of reform and opening up,China’s public security situation is constantly changing,facing frequent and frequent emergencies and constantly superimposed risk challenges.The 19th CPC National Congress work report has repeatedly stressed that the great changes in the situation at home and abroad make China’s social and economic development in a very critical stage of strategic transformation and development,although showing a good trend of development,but will also face many challenges.In the process of social transformation and development.In China,it will inevitably lead to more social problems and have a negative impact on social harmony and stability.The common existence of various risk problems will significantly increase the difficulty of emergency management in our country,and the emergency management mechanism will therefore face a severe test.In order to ensure social stability,the state always takes public safety as the core work goal,emphasizes the safe development and creates the omni-directional,three-dimensional security mechanism,and provides the ful;l guarantee for the public safety.This puts forward higher requirements for strengthening the popularization of common people’s knowledge of emergency and disaster prevention,improving the knowledge reserve of people’s emergency skills,and ensuring the safety of residents and society.At the same time,South Korea,our neighbor across the sea,is also facing various risks and threats.Natural disasters,geopolitical conflicts,territorial disputes,partisan disputes,and economic and technological emergencies all affect the stability of south Korean society.It also creates conditions for government authorities and south Korean society to establish relatively perfect emergency management mechanism.With several changes in the emergency management system,South Korea has established an effective emergency disaster prevention knowledge popularization system from the national level down to individual residents.As a result,the residents of South Korea can face all kinds of sudden disasters with ease,rarely suffer heavy casualties and financial losses after disasters,and can quickly resume production and life.Therefore,this study takes the establishment of South Korea’s emergency disaster prevention knowledge popularization system as the exploration direction to analyze the current situation,problems and causes of emergency disaster prevention knowledge popularization in China.This paper summarizes the advanced experience and practices of South Korea in popularizing subjects and forms of emergency disaster prevention knowledge.Finally,on the basis of comprehensive consideration of China’s national conditions and the applicability of South Korean experience,it is concluded that the network and system of knowledge popularization of emergency prevention should be improved in terms of enriching knowledge,creating a popular atmosphere,diversified subject participation and innovative methods,so as to improve the level of emergency disaster prevention,maximize the safety of people’s lives and property and ensure the well-being of the people.
