Analysis On Influencing Factors Of Land Outflow From Relocated Farmers In Fuping County

Relocation will lead to a large number of farmers living far away from the original contracted land.Changes in production and living conditions after relocation will cause farmers to leave agricultural production and leave the land.Although the local government will take some measures to compensate the farmers whose land rights and interests are damaged,it is difficult to take into account the demands of all kinds of farmers.In this context,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of land outflow of relocated farmers in Fuping County,finds out the problems in the process of land outflow,and provides basis and suggestions for the local government to promote farmers’ land outflow more reasonably and effectively.This paper mainly uses the method of literature research and empirical analysis.Through studying the relevant literature of land circulation at home and abroad,this paper selects the factors that may affect the farmers’ land outflow,and then based on the questionnaire survey data,carries out binary logistic regression analysis on various possible influencing factors,so as to determine the direction and significance of each factor on the impact of farmers’ land outflow.Finally,the paper analyzes the impact of various factors on farmland outflow,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to avoid the negative impact.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:first,age,education level,non-agricultural employment proportion,non-agricultural income share,total household expenditure,number of contracted plots,whether there is a new business entity in the village,the distance from the County Center,and village collective intervention factors have a significant impact on Farmers’ land outflow.Second,the distance from the center of the county has a negative impact on Farmers’ land outflow,and other significant factors have a positive impact on Farmers’ land outflow.Thirdly,there are some problems in the land outflow of migrant farmers in Fuping County,such as the imperfect compensation mechanism,the influence of excessive land outflow on agricultural development potential,the imperfect market price mechanism of land circulation,the lack of effective supervision of village collective intervention in the transfer.the unsatisfactory effect of land circulation policy publicity and education,the low degree of farmers’ professionalization.the slow development of new agricultural business entities,and the lack of effective supervision of village collective intervention in land transfer The role of collective economic organizations is not obvious.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to guide farmers to flow out land moderately,to improve the livelihood ability of relocated households,to optimize the circulation policy propaganda methods,to improve the agricultural production conditions of new houses,to improve the ability of agricultural operators,to play the role of collective economic organizations,and to standardize the land transfer transaction procedures.The innovation of this paper is to take the farmers in the resettlement area as the research object,analyze the influencing factors of farmers’ land outflow in specific scenarios,and use the binary logistic model for empirical analysis.On this basis,the practical problems of farmland outflow are discussed in depth,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to avoid the negative impact of farmland outflow,so as to provide scientific basis for guiding the land transfer work in the relocation area.
