| Since the reform and opening up,my country’s rapid economic and social development has greatly satisfied the people’s urgent needs for material life.However,the extensive economic development model that paid attention to economic growth in the early stage and paid less attention to the harmonious development of man and nature not only caused serious environmental pollution problems,but also could not adapt to the current social needs in the new historical stage of the transformation of the main social contradictions.In 2015,Zhejiang Province took the lead in piloting and launched the supply-side structural reform plan for the construction of characteristic towns,which achieved good results in the economic and social transformation and development.It provides new ideas for the transformation and upgrading of economic development under the "new normal" of the economy and the development of small and medium-sized cities and towns in China’s new urbanization process.Subsequently,the state issued a policy plan to cultivate a number of characteristic cities and towns,and guide the development of characteristic small cities and towns.This article selects the construction of the characteristic town of Liuhuang Town,Fengshun County,Meizhou City,Guangdong Province as a research case,and combines the theoretical tools of political science and sociology to study the construction process of the characteristic town of Liuhuang Town in order to discover the characteristic town of Liuhuang Town Problems and reasons in the construction,and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions,so that characteristic towns can promote benign and sustainable development while promoting economic and social transformation and development.This article is mainly divided into five parts: Chapter 1 Introduction,elaborating from the background of topic selection,domestic and international research status,research methods,and related concepts and theoretical foundations involved in the article,to do a good foundation for the development of the paper jobs.The second chapter summarizes and analyzes the basic situation,main methods and achievements of the construction of characteristic towns in Liuhuang Town,Meizhou City.The third chapter believes that although Liuhuang Town of Meizhou City has achieved certain results in promoting the construction of characteristic towns,it still has low participation of social organizations,shortage of construction resources,weak brand communication in characteristic towns,and irregular performance evaluation processes.problem.At the same time,this chapter analyzes the problems existing in the construction of characteristic towns in Liuhuang Town from the perspective of public management disciplines,combining political science and sociological theoretical tools,and believes that the town government has insufficient guidance to social organizations;the town government lacks corresponding resources Mobilization of power;Township economic and social conditions are difficult to produce talent attraction;Township government has insufficient understanding of the importance of township brand communication;Incomplete performance evaluation legal system is the main reason for the problem.The fourth chapter analyzes the experience of the construction of characteristic towns in Grasse,France and Wuzhen,Zhejiang,and draws empirical enlightenment for the construction of characteristic towns in Liuhuang Town.The fifth chapter proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the problems in the construction of characteristic towns in Liuhuang Town,Meizhou City.It is believed that by actively guiding social organizations to participate;optimizing financial and land resource allocation mechanisms;improving talent introduction policies;establishing brand awareness and making good brand communication planning;improving the performance evaluation legal system is the focus of optimization in the construction of special towns in Liuhuang Town.In the concluding part,this article summarizes the entire study. |
