Public opinion guidance is a topic of concern at the party and state level,a research topic of common concern in many disciplines,and a problem involved in all aspects of social practice.Government affairs new media plays an important role in the guidance of public opinion,and has made an important contribution to the stability and unity of the party and the country,social harmony and the well-being of the people.With the continuous development of media technology,the media of public opinion guidance has been changing constantly,creating new forms.There have been a batch of excellent tiktok account,such as Siping police,safe Beijing,and the Communist Youth League Central Committee.They have become important bridges for communication between the government and the public,and have played an important role in guiding public opinion.Tiktok government account has constantly adjusted its own public opinion guidance and propagation rules in adapting to the new pattern of jitter media.However,in the process of adapting to the new media,some government offices have been successful,others are mediocre.What is the reason?Tiktok: what is the unique rule of the successful government trembling signal? This paper uses the basic research methods such as content analysis and participant observation,and takes the theory of "public opinion guidance" as a theoretical perspective to analyze the advantages of public opinion new media number,"ping an Beijing" and "Siping police" tiktok mobile short video,under the circumstances of social media dissemination,with a view to guiding the public opinion in the mobile short video of China’s new media No.There is a new understanding and summary of the law.The introduction part of this paper mainly consists of five parts: the background and significance of the topic,research status,research methods,research innovations and shortcomings.The first chapter is the basic content of the thesis.It summarizes the development of tiktok’s new media and its branches,and introduces the development of public security administration.The second and third chapters are the core of this paper.Through content analysis,the three main indicators of the four main issues,namely,the guiding bodyof public opinion,the target of public opinion and the guidance of public opinion,are respectively discussed in the four tiktok police and the Ping Beijing police.The fourth chapter combines the data source of "flying melon data",analyzes the public opinion guidance effect of "Siping police" and "safe Beijing" by case analysis and observation.The analysis of the effect mainly takes the browsing,comment,forwarding,tiktok and commentary content of the Siping police and Ping’an Beijing as the research samples,and makes a detailed comparative analysis of the two different kinds of public opinion guidance effect.The fifth tiktok analyzes the shortcomings of the "four Ping police" and "ping an Beijing" in the guidance of public opinion,and the defects of public opinion guidance in other public security administration in China.According to the public opinion guidance of the four siding police and the "Ping’an Beijing" tiktok,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions.In the epilogue part,the thesis is systematically and objectively recognized and summarized,and then the thesis is summarizedThe conclusion of the study,and points out the shortcomings of the paper and prospects for further research and discussion.
