| Along with the "Village Revitalization Strategy" in the 19 th National Report,"completely solving the three rural issues" has become one of the important goals of China’s future development.Under this macro background,the three rural undertakings have flourished,but at the same time,there are many incompatibility between the peasant masses’ thinking and the development status of the new socialist countryside under the new normal.Because thoughts can guide individual behavior,If the peasant masses’ minds cannot match the party’s and the government’s policy objectives,it will lead to a series of adverse consequences such as poor policy implementation.Not only that,under the guidance of the five-in-one strategic layout,rural ideological and political work has a new direction and goal,and it is necessary to comprehensively distinguish the current state of mind of rural people from the perspective of the five-in-one.To this end,this paper analyzes the current ideological problems and causes of the peasants,and draws the following conclusions:First,there are certain problems in the thinking of rural people.For example,at the economic level,there are two problems: “equivalent,dependent,and important”and weak economic innovation consciousness;on the political level,there are two problems: the peasant masses political participation is not strong,and the democratic election“relationship”is serious;the cultural level There are two problems in the peasant masses’ learning attitude and the folk customs.At the social level,there are two aspects: “money”achievement“value” and excessive dependence on poverty alleviation policies;on the ecological level,there are weak peasant people’s awareness of environmental protection and ecological civilization.The concept is not strong in two aspects.Second,the reasons for the problems of rural people’s thoughts are as follows:On the economic level,the lack of correlation between thought and economic construction leads to the peasants’ "thinking,relying on,and demanding" ideas,and the serious old-fashioned thinking leads to weak peasant economic innovation consciousness;political level,farmers Insufficient cognition of participation in political importance leads to less enthusiasm for participation and poor political and ecological construction,which leads to serious problems of democratic elections.At the cultural level,the lack of attractiveness in cultural and ideological constructionmethods leads to peasant people’s unsatisfactory attitude towards learning and the ability of young cadres to promote their ideas.Weakness leads to the abuse of the people’s winds;at the social level,the poor penetration of party building work leads to poor effect of the transformation of peasant mass values,and the lack of integration of ideological and political education and practice leads to over-reliance on policies by farmers;on the ecological level,insufficient cultivation of ecological responsibility awareness leads to peasant environment The weak sense of protection and the imperfect education system of the ecological environment have made the concept of farmers’ ecological civilization not strong.Third,this paper makes specific recommendations for the above issues.For example,the economic level can adopt measures such as enhancing the relationship between ideological construction and economic construction,and propagating new socialist ideas in the new era;the political level can take measures such as effectively enhancing the importance of farmers’ political participation and building a good political and ecological environment;Take measures such as ways to build innovative cultural ideas and strengthen the training of young cadres’ propaganda skills;at the social level,measures such as improving the comprehensiveness of party building work and promoting the integration of ideological education theory and practice;and taking more efforts to cultivate farmers’ awareness of ecological responsibility And build measures such as an ecological environment education system. |
