Research On The Optimization Of The Operation And Management System Of Profit-making Pension Institutions In Kunming

With the increasing of the aged population,the problem of providing for the aged has become a major issue of the whole society.In the process of exploring and solving the problem of providing for the aged in China,Kunming municipal government has made a positive response to the national policy and introduced much profit-making capital into the pension industry.However,at the same time,the problems of the profit-making institutions for the aged,such as extensive development,low occupancy rate and low economic benefit,is highlighted.In order to deal with these problems,it is urgent to promote the reform and innovation of the old-age institutions in Kunming.Starting from the current situation of the operation and management of the profit-making pension institutions in Kunming,this paper makes a statistical analysis and comparison of the data of profit-making pension institutions in Kunming,and deeply analyzes the problems existing in the operation of different levels of pension institutions in Kunming.This paper also puts forward relevant operation management optimization schemes for pension institutions at different levels.It is suggested that the research on the management of profit-making pension institutions in Kunming has certain practical significance.
