Research On Public Satisfaction Of City Appearance Management And Its Improvement Countermeasures

Citizens are the most direct and extensive participants in urban management.The management of city appearance is closely related to every citizen and affects their daily life,it is very important for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.To do a good job in the management of city appearance,and really solve the problems for the masses,this requires the city appearance management unit to start from the interests of the masses and pay attention to the demands of the masses.The city appearance management satisfaction is one of the most direct and objective indicators to reflect the opinions of the masses.With the construction of a country ruled by law,the management of city appearance in our country has gradually embarked on the road of regularization and legalization.Many problems of city appearance management have been improved.The contradiction between the management of city appearance and the citizens has been greatly alleviated.However,there are still many negative effects on the management of city appearance,even affecting the overall image of the government.Therefore,it is an urgent and important issue to enhance the government’s city appearance management and publicBased on the empirical investigation and quantitative analysis,this paper makes a systematic study on the public satisfaction of the city appearance management in the central city of Dezhou.The results of the questionnaire survey show that the public satisfaction level of Dezhou City’s city appearance management is generally low,especially the working methods and procedures.The low public satisfaction shows that there is still a big gap between the government management and the people’s expectations,and the working capacity of the city appearance management unit still needs to be improved.This requires the joint efforts of the government,the city appearance management team and the society.Specifically,it mainly includes changing and improving the laws and regulations system,promoting the system reform,improving the openness of government affairs,strengthening the supervision and accountability,strengthening the team construction,and improving the quality of the city appearance management personnel.
