Research On The Optimal Path Of The Long-term Management Mechanism Of Urban Appearance And Environment

With the continuous deepening of the reform of my country’s social management system,government departments at all levels have paid more and more attention to how to provide public services in a fair and efficient manner,and have carried out greater innovations in the field of city appearance and environmental management.As a national-level cultural industry demonstration zone,Xi’an Qujiang New District has developed into a famous tourist attraction and livable area relying on cultural tourism industry.However,in the development process,there are still certain problems in the urban appearance and environmental management of Qujiang New District,which are also plagued by various urban diseases.In this context,in order to better provide city appearance and environmental management services and achieve good sustainable development,it is of great significance to conduct in-depth research on the city appearance and environmental management issues of Qujiang New District and put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.In this paper,guided by the theory of public goods and collaborative governance,using research methods such as questionnaires and interviews,with Qujiang New District as the research object,it analyzes and studies the problems,causes and optimization paths in its city appearance and environmental management.First,the current situation of urban appearance and environmental management in Qujiang New District was sorted out and summarized,including the management model and the results achieved.Secondly,through questionnaire surveys of ordinary residents and interviews with staff of Qujiang New District Management Committee,based on the survey and interview results,the problems and their causes in the urban appearance and environmental management of Qujiang New District are summarized.Finally,in response to specific problems,an optimized path to improve the long-term management mechanism of urban appearance and environment in Qujiang New District is proposed.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The main problem in the urban appearance and environmental management of Qujiang New District is that the refined and long-term objectives of urban appearance and environmental management have not yet been achieved,and the satisfaction and participation of urban appearance and environmental management need to be improved.The shortcomings of the business environment still need to be optimized;(2)Several aspects are the imperfect organization system of city appearance and environmental management,the lack of implementation of city appearance and environmental laws and regulations,the lack of long-term mechanism for city appearance and environment,and the impeded social channels of city appearance and environment.(3)The optimization path selection includes several aspects such as deepening system reform,improving the construction of laws and regulations,optimizing the social co-governance environment and optimizing grid management measures.The implementation of the above measures can make the urban appearance and environmental management of Qujiang New District more fair and efficient,and promote its benign and long-term development.
