Health Supervision And Law Enforcement In Dianjiang County,Chongqing City Problem Study

With the development of social economy in China,the people’s awareness of healthy life has been gradually improved,at the same time,it poses new challenges to the health supervision work of government departments.Therefore,under the concept of "Davidson,Great Health",the state has established a top-down health management system through reform,and the importance of health supervision has become increasingly prominent.At the same time,there are still many problems to be solved in the work of health supervision in the new period,especially at the grass-roots level,which is closely related to people’s health.In this study,literature research,field investigation,data analysis and other analytical methods were used to conduct in-depth study on the health supervision and law enforcement in Dianjiang County,Chongqing.The main contents of this study include the following aspects: first,through the analysis of the status quo of health supervision and law enforcement in Dianjiang County,it was found that there are mainly professional law enforcement teams in the health supervision and law enforcement in Dianjiang County The second is to explore the causes of the problems of health supervision and law enforcement in Dianjiang County.The main reasons are the lack of top-level design,urban-rural dual system structure,and the lack of coordination mechanism between departments The third is to take Nanshan District of Shenzhen as an example to introduce the current situation of health supervision and law enforcement reform in advanced areas,and analyze its reference significance for solving the problems of health supervision and law enforcement in Dianjiang County;the fourth is to pay attention to health supervision from the government level in view of the existing problems of health supervision and law enforcement in Dianjiang County Work,strengthen team building,increase capital construction,fully guarantee funds,improve health supervision and law enforcement team,etc.Through the analysis of the problems of health supervision and law enforcement in Dianjiang County,this study puts forward relevant suggestions to solve the problems,which will help Dianjiang County to continue to improve its own health supervision practice,better protect the health of the people in Dianjiang County,and also solve the local health supervision practice in other areas according to local reality.Legal issues provide useful reference.
