Study On Health Food Supervision Problems And Countermeasures In W County

In the speech at the second meeting of the Central Committee for Comprehensive Rule of Law in 2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping demanded that major security problems in the fields of food and medicine should be taken to cure the root cause,and that heavy punishment be used against lawbreakers,and the rule of law should be used to protect the life safety and health of the people.At the same time,with the rapid development of China’s society,the material living standards have been continuously improved,accompanied by the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic.People pay more and more attention to their own health,so how to ensure the food safety of the people is an important political task in China at the current stage.In the context of "Healthy China",the health food industry in the food field has also stood out and become a sunrise industry in the food field.However,in the process of the rapid development of health food,many consumers frequently fall into the trap of health food consumption.For example,in the "315" gala in 2023,it was revealed that illegal health food operators,in order to make more elderly people fall into the trap of health food consumption,send free storytelling machines to the elderly in a wide net mode,so as to constantly brainwash them and make them take out their money to buy expensive health food.In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers to buy health food,this paper will analyze and study the existing problems of health food supervision in W County,study how to do a good job in health food supervision,and then explore better suggestions and countermeasures.This paper explores the supervision of health food in W County by using the me thod of literature inquiry,field inquiry,questionnaire survey and interview,and finds t hat the complaints and reports of health food in W County are on an increasing trend every year,but there are few cases of administrative punishment of health food in W County,and even no case of false publicity of health food has been filed in 5 years.It can be seen that there are some problems in the process of health food supervision in W County.Through further exploration,it is found that there are some system,for mulating scientific rules and regulations,optimizing the health food supervision mode,and strengthening the health food supervision force.It aims to guide consumers to avoid the pitfalls of health food consumption,improve the efficiency of government super vision,so as to better control the chaos of health food fraud,better promote the high-quality development of health food industry in W County,and lay profound foundation for the realization of a healthy China.
