The Research On The Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of Physical Exercise Behavior Of Prison Police In Taiyuan City

Prison is the state penalty enforcement organ,mainly responsible for the execution of criminal penalties,prison administration,education and reform and labor reform,improve the quality of criminal reform,and complete other tasks assigned by the higher prison administration organs.Taiyuan resident prison police more than2000 people,tens of thousands of prisoners,prison police bear the responsibility of their education,transformation,rescue.With the vigorous implementation of the national fitness cause,more and more people participate in physical exercise,sports has become an independent and mature field.As an extremely special group in the government,the prison police not only need to impart the corresponding knowledge to the prisoners,but also to reshape their personality,at the same time,we should always pay attention to the hidden dangers of safety in the prison,the physical and psychological pressure in the work,and the high intensity of work make their health situation not optimistic.Therefore,this study through Taiyuan City prison people’s police participation in physical exercise performance and behavior status,analysis of its participation in physical exercise characteristics,and combined with empirical investigation,factors affecting their participation in physical exercise analysis,Then for Taiyuan City prison people’s police to carry out physical exercise to provide a certain theoretical and practical basis.This study investigated and analyzed the behavior characteristics and influencing factors of Taiyuan prison people’s police participating in physical exercise through literature method,questionnaire survey method,field observation method and mathematical statistics method.In the study of behavior characteristics,it is mainly analyzed by investigating the basic physical condition,exercise motivation,interest,activity time,activity content,organization form and exercise place of Taiyuan prison police;in the study of influencing factors,it is mainly analyzed by subjective and objective factors,through which the purpose of these studies is to put forward practical physical exercise methods for Taiyuan prison police,and give some specific suggestions for individuals and units respectively.Through the study of the characteristics and influencing factors of physical exercise behavior of Taiyuan prison people’s police,the following conclusions are drawn: Taiyuan prison people’s police show general basic characteristics of physical condition;Taiyuan prison people’s police often participate in physical exercise,insufficient interest,with the increase of age;exercise frequency and intensity female prison guards than male prison police,but generally not high;the choice of activities by police professional influence,male and female prison guards also different;the main way to participate in physical exercise with friends,family,lovers;In the choice of physical exercise places,parks,squares,residential areas and public sports places have become the most frequent places for prison guards to participate in exercise;the factors affecting the participation of Taiyuan prison people’s police in physical exercise show a variety of characteristics.Through in-depth investigation and understanding of the current Taiyuan prison people’s police physical exercise behavior characteristics analysis,find out the impact of Taiyuan prison people’s police participation in physical exercise subjective and objective factors,and put forward the following suggestions: improve the prison police awareness of the importance of physical exercise,cultivate their positive ideas,make them strong sports awareness,form good sports habits;units actively organize sports activities or skills competitions,do not stick to form and content;strengthen publicity,invite professional teachers to units to conduct scientific fitness guidance,efforts to create a good sports atmosphere;Reasonable arrangement of the work of the prison police to avoid their work is too heavy;improve the prison sports venues and facilities;regular physical assessment.
