The prison police is a special police work.In addition to the characteristics of people's national,armed and public security,there are other characteristics like the particularity of administration,the multiplicity of role,the difficulty of task,the speciality of working environment.The prison policeman or policewoman has stronger responsibility for maintaining social stability and more pressure on physical and mental when she or he is working.At the same time,the policeman or policewoman not only need to supervise prisoners' daily life,maintain the order of prison,but also need to positively communicate with prisoners to keep healthy mental and correct ideas.However,the heavier tasks lead to policeman or policewoman who feels highly nervous and have huge pressure in a long time,especially,many of them have different levels of psychological trauma.Therefore,the good healthy condition for policeman or policewoman is the significant foundation to implement the missions in the new era.So the healthy condition of prison police should be further played attention.The methods of literature review,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics are used in this paper.The conclusions about Guangdong Women's Prison are as following by applying for questionnaire.In terms of influences of physical exercise on health,with the National Fitness further implemented,all respondents support the concept that physical exercise can promote health.In recent years,more policewomen have joined the physical exercise team.Nearly half of the respondents spend less than one year participating in physical exercise,and only one sixth of them have kept exercising for more than five years.They are used to doing exercise and can insist on it.In terms of the condition of policewomen' fitness,the main motivation for participating in physical exercise is the need of health and relieving work stress.The outdoor sports are that respondents tend to take part in,but the hiking,running and mountaineering are the most frequent forms of physical exercise.And two-fifths of the respondents took exercise once a month,and only a few of them kept exercising every day.The main time for exercise is on weeknights and weekends.The intensity exercise for most are about 60 minutes.For the atmosphere of policewomen' participating in exercise,there are 15%of people think it's so worse and also means that the atmosphere of exercise for police in prison isn't good.For sports consumption,more than half of the respondents spent less than1,000 yuan on sports.Sports consumption mainly focuses on the purchase of sports clothing and equipment and participation in various sports activities,training,health care and other participatory consumption.For the understanding of health,most of the respondents have clearly learned about the concept of health that isn't disease.It means physical health,mental health,good social adaptation and moral health.In terms of health self-assessment,there are 17.5% of policewomen in Guangong province Women's prisons who think they don't keep quiet healthy.It doesn't match with their work,so it's necessary to improve policemen' health.A prison policewomen' health assessment model was established through factor analysis.The six main factors include happiness and optimism,social communication and adaption,nervous,memory and cogitation,appetite and digestion,tired and physical exercise.According to the problems of policemen' exercise and health self-assessment,the main countermeasures are as follows: 1.)To strengthen the construction of informatization in prison,integrate multiple intelligent and improve the technology of security supervision;2.)To improve leaders' attention to the health for prison police and create a sports atmosphere;3.)To reform the treatment of prison police,and strengthen psychological training and mental health education for them.
