Research On The Demand And Development Strategies Of The Elderly Care Service In Lianhuabei Community

The population ageing is a huge challenge for China,which has a huge imbalance between supply and demand for old age care services,and is building a home based,community based and institution supported system for old age care services,it is an important task for local governments to provide high-quality and convenient community old-age service for the elderly.Although Shenzhen has not yet entered the population ageing,it is about to face an explosion in the number of elderly people.As a special economic zone,the government gives priority to developing the economy.In the construction of the old-age service system,the government has not given enough support,market resources allocation and social participation are insufficient,there are problems such as fluke,delay,institutional neglect,old-age service capacity is insufficient,standardization,information,intelligence level is low.This paper selects lianhuabei community,which is located in the downtown area of Shenzhen,as the research point,systematically grasps the first-hand information about the current situation of the elderly’s life and the development of community pension service in lianhuabei community by means of field survey and questionnaire,and investigates the personal information,family status and the needs of the elderly from the perspective of the projects and needs that the elderly hope to carry out community pension service To investigate the living conditions of the elderly in lianhuabei community from the aspects of home service,life consultation,recreation and sports,education and training,legal aid,spiritual comfort,social participation,nutritional diet,medical and health care,safety protection,and so on In terms of first aid,the paper investigates the elderly service demand in Lianhuabei community,and analyzes comprehensively the relevant theories,the characteristics of the elderly population and the current situation of community elderly service,reveals the existing problems of community elderly service,and then provides a more accurate perspective and dimension for the formulation of relevant public policies for elderly service and the guidance of social participation.Based on the empirical analysis of the current living conditions,demand characteristics and problems in the development of community elderly care services in Lianhuabei community,combined with the theory of community care and social support,the development strategies of community elderly care services in Lianhuabei community,can be positioned as the elderly care services with sound system,accurate service,scientific and technological support,strong supervision,and the participation and support of the government,community institutions and families Service system.Based on family pension,community pension and institution pension,it is the path choice for sustainable and healthy development of pension service to let more people return to the pension system with community pension as the main mode.It is the fundamental guarantee for sustainable and healthy development of pension service with complete policy and legal system,perfect pension service content and prominent social subject.This study is helpful to make up for the gap of research on community pension service in the central urban area of mega city,and provide reference for the development of community pension service in Shenzhen and even the whole country.
