Study On The Difficulty And Countermeasures Of Nationality Conflict In Entry-exit Management

With the development of world economy and society and the increasingly close exchanges between countries,globalization weakens the possibility that individuals are only connected with one country.From the beginning,nationality only regulates the internal affairs of its own nationals,which has increasingly become a complex international issue.Transnational marriage,the export and introduction of talents,immigration and other issues of nationality conflict emerge one after another,and dual nationality has also become an international trend.With the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength,the voices of overseas Chinese on the opening of "dual nationality" and "ethnic Chinese card" are becoming higher and higher.The appeal to solve the practical problems of nationality conflict can not be ignored.China is a populous country and Zhejiang Province is a major province in overseas Chinese affairs.The problem of nationality conflict is more prominent.China’s nationality law has been legislated for more than 40 years,During this period,great changes took place in Chinese society.With the rapid development of China’s economy,personnel exchanges and political,economic and cultural exchanges with other countries in the world are becoming more and more in-depth.As a country that only recognizes single nationality,the problem of nationality conflict is becoming more and more prominent,and it is particularly urgent to properly deal with the problem of nationality conflict.Many of the provisions of the nationality law are out of times.As a grass-roots entry-exit management department,there is a lack of specific basis and operational norms for dealing with nationality conflicts.The emerging new situations and problems in recent years also pose challenges to entry-exit management.The management of nationality is a systematic affair,which is also related to all aspects.Based on this,this paper uses the methods of literature analysis,field research and case analysis to sort out the relevant theories of nationality conflict,and makes an in-depth analysis on the causes of dealing with nationality conflict.At the same time,on the basis of learning from the advanced experience of nationality system in other countries and combining with the reality of our country,this paper actively discusses the countermeasures to deal with nationality conflict in entry-exit management.Put forward suggestions on the revision of the nationality law,improving the efficiency of government work and protecting the rights of persons with nationality conflicts,so as to provide necessary supplements for the theoretical research on nationality conflicts,provide reference directions for the revision of the nationality law and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of persons with nationality conflicts,helps to meet the new needs of nationality management and respond to the new expectations of the public for entry-exit management,Enhance people’s sense of happiness and security.
