| The aging of the population is a challenge facing the whole society.For Tibetan areas with backward economy and lagging medical technology,the issue of old-age care is also an important aspect that urgently needs to be studied and improved.Due to the influence of religious culture and traditional ideas,the elderly in Tibetan areas show a strong dependence on the family.Family pension is the main mode of pension.As the level of urbanization in Tibet increases,young people in agricultural and pastoral areas move to urban areas,and the elderly are forced to Left behind,lack of care.The function of traditional family pension is gradually weakening.The acceptance of institutional oldage care in Tibetan areas is relatively low.The old people’s willingness to enter the oldage care institutions is not high,and the development of community old-age care is not mature.This study analyzes the characteristics of old-age care in Tibetan areas based on the state of old-age care in different areas of Tibet.Through field research on Seda Tibetan area,it is concluded that residential care for the elderly is a suitable development model for the elderly in Tibetan areas.By analyzing the residential care model for the elderly in Seda County and the characteristics of the elderly and social and cultural characteristics,the Tibetan The district has the basis and conditions for the implementation of mutual assistance for the elderly.The purpose of this study is to explore the development strategy of residential care pension model in Seda County based on the concept of mutual assistance,and then to study the planning strategy of residential care facilities,and further analyze the functions,configuration standards and spatial layout of residential care facilities for Tibetan residents.Provide reference for the construction of residential oldage care facilities in line with local actual conditions,and then build a residential care service facility system in Seda County.This article takes residential care and nursing service facilities in Seda Tibetan area as the research object,comprehensively considers the knowledge of planning,ethnology,religion,psychology,etc.,and conducts in-depth research using literature research methods,field research methods,and comparative analysis methods.Based on the concept of mutual assistance for the elderly,research is done on residential care for the elderly in Seda Tibetan area.The conclusions drawn during the research are as follows:The focus of residential elder care development is to integrate various resources in Tibetan areas,give full play to the role of government,temples,families,society and the elderly in residential elder care and strengthen the application of mutual assistance in residential elder care.The development of residential care should first include residential care in the pension system for organized development and the introduction of relevant policies to provide institutional guarantees for it;it is necessary to integrate multiple forces such as the government,social organizations,families and religions to give full play to the main body of the elderly The role of clarify the content and methods of each subject’s supply in residential care,and build a cooperative network of supply subjects.Residential care services should include life care,medical care,cultural entertainment and spiritual comfort.According to the three-level grading system of "first-level templessecond-level temples-third-level temples",residential care service facilities are divided.Combining the concepts of mutual assistance among the elderly groups and mutual assistance between monks and vulgars with residential care for the elderly,the potential of residential care for the elderly can be realized.At the same time,based on the needs of the Tibetan elderly and the actual conditions in the Tibetan area,different types of residential care service facility configuration strategies are proposed in terms of functional configuration,configuration standards and spatial layout. |
