According to the sixth national population census statistics prediction:During the later30years after2011, China’s aging problem will present a state of accelerated development.By2030, the proportion of China’s population age over65will exceed Japan,becoming the country with the highest degree of aging process among the world.By2050, the society will enter a situation with deeper aging state.China has entered the aging society, Rural area,as a special tribal group, will have a more serious state of aging. Our country is a typical agricultural country, Over70%aging population belongs to rural areas, so aging problems in rural areas are especially prominent. The life of old people in rural areas lack of reliable protection, with family endowment functions increasingly weaken, empty nest family, the traditional land safeguard function is faced with severe challenges, how to guarantee the later life of old people in rural areas which has a vast majority of aging population has become the key issue to be considered as for dealing with aging problems.Centered on the topic of "rural community’s pension services", the paper has found out the challenges and problems of current pension mode in rural communities from the angel of supply and demand balancing combining with the reality of pension supplying and demanding of rural communities. Then further demonstrate the profound reasons of the supply and demand imbalancing of pension services in current rural communities through the field surveys and analyzation about county A of Henan with the way of problem-oriented. And then it finds the way,namely, mutual endowment patterns. At last it gives suggestions and measures to the implementation of mutual endowment patterns in our rural communities based on the conclusion of experience of Hebei and Hubei province.
