| As a high-quality talent,Selected Graduates has optimized the ranks of cadres at the grass-roots level in rural areas after entering the grass-roots level.It has played a key role in the development of rural economic and social undertakings and is also an important link for higher authorities to understand the dynamics of grass-roots work.Whether the implementation of Selected Graduates’ policies is in place will directly affect Selected Graduates’ enthusiasm for work and the stability of Selected Graduates’ s team,and will ultimately affect the effectiveness of the construction of grassroots cadres.The purpose of this paper is to optimize the process of policy implementation,improve many problems in the process of carrying out the work in Selected Graduates,strive to enhance the enthusiasm of the work in Selected Graduates,build a team of Selected Graduates capable of fighting well,provide excellent reserve forces for the selection of grassroots cadres,and further promote the development of grassroots economic and social affairs to the good.Based on the research of related literature,this paper adopts the method of personal interview and questionnaire.This paper summarizes the results of questionnaire survey and personal interview,and uses Smith’s policy implementation analysis model to comprehensively analyze the four important factors involved in the implementation process of S province’s Selected Graduates policy: Selected Graduates policy,policy enforcement agencies,Selected Graduates groups and prominent problems existing in environmental factors affecting the policy.By combining the problems existing in S province’s Selected Graduates work with Maslow’s demand theory and two-factor theory,the paper mainly proposes to improve Selected Graduates’ s salary and treatment,broaden the promotion channels for grassroots cadres,Innovating the ways and means of appointing and selecting cadres,providing opportunities for development and a platform for growth,helping Selected Graduates groups to build harmonious interpersonal relationships,and continuously paying attention to Selected Graduates’ s mental health and other improvement methods,in the hope of helping S Province to better carry out the work in Selected Graduates. |
