Study On The Promotion Of Non-public Economic Development By The Federation Of Industry And Commerce

Since the reform and opening up,the non-public sector of the economy has grown from scratch and grown from weak to strong,achieving leapfrog development and playing a decisive role in stimulating economic growth.As the bridge,link and assistant between the party and the government and the non-public economy,the federation of industry and commerce plays an important role in promoting the healthy development of the non-public economy.At the same time,the function of the federation of industry and commerce has not been fully and effectively played due to the constraints of the relevant policies,the external environment and its own conditions and other subjective and objective factors.In view of this,this paper takes shanxi federation of industry and commerce as an example,from the provincial level,on how to promote the healthy development of the non-public sector of the economy.This research through the case analysis,investigation research and literature method,analyzes the Shanxi Province federation of industry and promote the healthy development of the non-public sectors of the economy in the important measures,such as give full play to the guiding responsibility,actively build platform,economic activities and the ideal faith education and so on,through these measures,set up the entrepreneur’s good image,solves the problem the development of the enterprise,promote the investment promotion activities.Although Shanxi Province federation of industry and commerce in the process of promoting the development of the non-public sector has obtained the good effect,but its function is still inadequate,there is also political leading inadequate recognition,lack of long-term service mechanism,at the grassroots level construction is weak,the cause for these problems lies in the unclear orientation of functions,team construction is not strong,and external environment condition,etc.Finally according to the problems on how to improve the Shanxi Province federation of industry and the organization construction,completes the government staff assistant,how to give full play to the function,how to better promote the healthy development of the non-public economy,put forward to rationalize and the relationship between party and government departments,industry,and establish the platform service demands,create service brand,and to strengthen the construction of industry organization and so on has the pointed countermeasure suggestion.This study and discussion not only provide some research materials for the academic circle in the function of the federation of industry and commerce and other related fields,but also provide some useful reference and reference schemes for other regions to give full play to the function of the federation of industry and commerce.At present,China’s economic development into the new normal,federation of industry and commerce in Shanxi Province should seize the historical opportunity,strive for party committee government attaches great importance to,constantly strengthening its construction,for the purpose of service,to development as the goal,construct platform for appeal,make service brand,to promote the healthy development of the non-public sectors of the economy,the construction of a harmonious society in the new breakthrough and contribution.
