Research On Problems And Countermeasures In Promotion Of Private Economy By Chengdu Federation Of Industry And Commmerce

The history of reform and opening up is also a history of private economy.Since the reform and opening up,China’s private economy has played a key role in China’s economic development.General Secretary Xi Jinping of the Communist Party of China Central Committee,pledged that China will maintain support toward private economy.Central and local government introduced many tax cuts and financing facilitation policies to help private enterprises.The world today is marked by changes unseen in a century.There is no doubt that private enterprises have been feeling the pain due to the country’s ongoing economic restructuring and COVID-19 pandemic.The Federation of Industry and Commerce is making contributions to promoting economic and social development and building a modern social governance system to get private economy out of the dilemma of lack of capital,talent and market.The thesis introduces the current situation of Chengdu Federation of Industry and Commerce promoting the development of private economy.It still analyzes and summarizes the problems in ignoring the publicity of social organizations,single means in private economy governance,the unsatisfactory effect of chamber of commerce and the lack of deep participation in the construction of business environment in “four characters”.With studying and thinking of theory of new public governance and the third sector,the author carried out field visits and questionnaires for the problems.The thesis summarizes the difficulties of Chengdu Federation of Industry and Commerce in promoting the development of private economy into four aspects:the poor play of the folk character,governance structure of the government and non-governmental organizations,the voluntary failure and the insufficient ability to help build the business environment.Studying the experience and practice of China’s advanced regions,four ways including increase the support for the federation of industry and commerce,smooth the working contact mechanism,consolidate the foundation of chamber of commerce construction and optimize the business environment are proposed to break through the difficulties for Chengdu Federation of Industry and Commerce.
