| In the 40 years since China’s reform and opening-up policy,non-public economy has witnessed continuous development and expansion.Federations of industry and commerce,under the leadership of CPC,have made great contributions to the economic and social development of China by playing their roles of bridges and assistants.The status of the federations of industry and commerce is also increasing and their roles in political,economic and social aspects are also highlighted.At the same time,in the course of development,the in-depth problems of the federation of industry and commerce in performing their functions have also been exposed,such as the unbalance of the three aspects of united front,economy and folk,and the lack of scientific and standard operation mechanism.These have brought adverse effects to the work of the federations of industry and commerce.Taking Shanxi Federation of Industry and Commerce as the research objective,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and objective evaluation of the current status of its functions.On the basis of looking for the problems and causes and combining with the work practice,it put forwards countermeasures to promote its performance from the four aspects of optimizing organization,building a professional service team and giving play to the main role of the non-public economy individuals as well as improving the working mechanism. |
