| With the development of computer technology and economy,the Internet has made citizen communication more convenient,but also weakened citizens’ control over personal information,threatened personal information security and affected citizens quality of online life.For the governance of internet personal information security,the government has important regulatory responsibilities,and citizens’ perception of internet personal information security directly affects the credibility of the government.Internet personal information security is an individual’s perception and experience of the risk of information in the form of data that can directly or indirectly identify an individual’s true identity.Studying the internet personal information security and its impact on government regulatory performance evaluation will not only help to expand the relevant theories of government regulatory performance,but also help to enhance the government’s image to build a service-oriented government.On the basis of literature analysis and expert consultation,a questionnaire for measuring citizen’s internet personal information security with a certain degree of reliability was compiled.The current level of internet personal information security for387 middle-aged netizens was tested,and a variety of statistical methods were used to explore the relationship between the internet personal information security and government regulatory performance evaluation,and the intermediary role of perceived benefits in it.Finally,experiments and interviews were used to further verify the impact of citizen’s internet personal information security on government regulatory performance evaluation.The main research conclusions are as follows:Firstly,internet personal information security includes controllable information security awareness,controllable information security experience,uncontrollable information security awareness,and uncontrollable information behavior tendency.Secondly,the overall average value of internet personal information security is2.295,and there are differences in education,monthly income,etc.Thirdly,citizen’s internet personal information security positively predicts citizen’s government regulatory performance evaluation.Fourthly,perceived benefit plays a part of the intermediary role in the impact of internet personal information security on government regulatory performance evaluation;demographic variable education plays a regulatory role in the impact of internet personal information security on government regulatory performance evaluation.In view of the problems found,it is proposed that the government should improve laws and regulations,enterprises should abide by relevant policies,and citizens should increase security awareness,etc.To improve the level of citizens’ internet personal information security and the government supervision performance evaluation and to enhance the credibility of the government. |
