| The concept of "Internet +" was first proposed in 2014,and then it was written in the government working report in 2015,appeared in the public sight as the concept of "Internet + government services" in 2016.In this context,it was not only a huge change in all aspects of public life,but also the upgrade of information network technology that requires a higher demand on the ability of the government to provide public services.The core of e-government is information network technology,it has always played an important role in the construction of a service-oriented government.This article combines with the current "Internet +",emerging background to explore the online operation model of government services in the Internet era and solving the problem of contributing to build a service-oriented government better.In recent years,"Internet + government services" has received extensive attention from academia,and its research focuses mainly on how to define its concept and determine its positive impact on government work and social development,the current reform of government services built on the problems of upper and the methods of solving the current dilemma.This article,through consulting a large number of documents and materials,visiting the district government and service hall in Chongqing,and communicating with the relevant staff and service people in the government service hall,combined with the big data background,referring to the experience of Internet plus government service in the first place,and combing the current Chongqing’s existing process of promoting Internet plus government services.In the light of the problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions for promoting the "Internet plus government service" in Chongqing.This paper takes the Internet plus government service as the research thread,and adopts the literature research method to explain the background and significance of the theme,which lays a good theoretical foundation for this study.By learning advanced cases in the developed areas of Internet + government services such as Chinese Hong Kong,the United States,Beijing,Zhejiang and other advanced regions and countries,this article concludes that the government should live on the needs of the public,pay attention to two-way feedback,plan as a whole and step by step,and pay equal attention to the direction of the government and the content of market decisions.Based on the on-the-spot investigation,we can find out the existing problems in the process of promoting the "Internet + government services" in Chongqing,including the openness of government services,the coordination of matters handling,the practicability of public services,and the effectiveness of public participation.This paper also analyzes the current situation of Chongqing’s "Internet plus government services".In the end,some suggestions are put forward,including paying attention to standard rules’ construction,strengthening technical platform support,promoting data open sharing,gathering users’ experiences,guaranteeing work security and strengthening publicity.Thus,constantly optimizing the work of "Internet plus government services" in Chongqing,further promoting government functions and optimizing services,and truly enable enterprises and the masses to work more conveniently and quickly. |
