Power Hunting Ground:How Is The Corruption Relationship Network Built ——Research On Hunting Path And Corruption Control Based On Motivation Theory

With the increasingly perfect anti-corruption system comes the increasingly complex,hidden,network and systematic corruption.Date from China’s inspection resports since the18^th National People’s Congress show that:most of the corruption cases in China are family corruption and collective corruption cases."Human relationship society"is a typical Chinese social form,which is reflected in all aspects of daily life,such as human relationship,acquaintance concept,special affairs and special affairs.People are divided into different levels of relationship according to their consanguinity and kinship.People of different levels of relationship gain different levels of trust and enjoy different opportunities to obtain resources.The existence of"relationship"between actors has become a key factor for the occurrence of corruption.People build relationships through banquets,gifts and other ways,and gain trust through the increase of communication frequency.Human social interpersonal communication,such as giving gifts,has been transformed into hunting methods that are not recognized by law.In the guise of human relations,the corrupt behaviors of both sides are self moralized.As a kind of media,human relationship oriented by"relationship"runs through the process of establishing,developing and maintaining the"relationship"of the subject of individual corruption.The"relationship"between corrupt actors has become an important source of corruption in our country,and also an important reason why it is difficult to make further progress in corruption governance.Based on the above reasons,this paper studies the problem of corruption from the perspective of our unique human culture.Based on the particularity of corruption research,it is difficult to investigate research methods to analyze it.Therefore,this paper adopts the method of literature research,through the collection,classification and analysis of some corruption cases in the confession of corrupt officials;on the basis of the theory of difference order pattern,relationship and motivation,it deeply analyzes the relationship mode between the two sides of corruption,and probes into the establishment and operation process of the network of corruption relations;it probes into the generation logic of corruption from the perspective of the Corruptors themselves;it probes into the corruption behavior to explore and research corruption phenomenon.This paper constructs a general corruption network model composed of four dimensions:the power to evade inspection,the way of hunting,the human culture and trust.To explore the anti-corruption ways of using the power of culture,morality,society and system to urge individuals to abide by the system,to form a benign interaction between the system and culture,so as to provide a new way of thinking and path choice for the governance of corruption in China.
