The Research On Microfinance Supporting Rural Poor Women In Poverty Alleviation Under The Background Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Since the “Targeted Poverty Alleviation”strategy was first put farward in2013,Chian poverty alleviation work has made steady progress.At present,the problem of feminization poverty cannot be ignored,and the poverty of rural women is even more worrying.According to the Third Agricultural Census in2016 by the National Bureau of Statistics,women account for about 25 percents of the total population and more than 60 percent of the rural labor force in China,which make them become the main force of family maintenance and agricultural production.However,due to the heavy labor and the influence of traditional culture,women do not have more energy to develop themselves,and can not enjoy the same resources as men under the same circumstance,which further aggravate the poverty of rural women.Promoting targeted poverty alleviation of rural women is conducive to the goal of China’s capital withdrawal.As one of means of targeted poverty alleviation,microfiance aims to increase farmers’ income through financial innovation.For rural poor women,it plays an important role in solving the problems of difficulty in employment,starting businesses and getting loans,and helping rural women out of poverty.This paper focuses on the research of microfiance support rural poor women against poverty in the context of targeted poverty alleviation.Firstly,this paper introduces the concepts,characteristics,operation mechanism and theoretical basis of microfiance,emphatically analyzed the reason why rural women became the main body of microfiance support,and then took the successful cases of foreign rural women microfiance as the research object,summarized the successful experience.And then combining literature research with field research,this paper studied the current situation and effect of microfiance development for some rural women in Shanxi Province,and explored the demand of microfiance for rural women through questionnaire survey.Based on the analysis of the precision of poverty alleviation under the background of microfiance support poverty problems and influencing factors of rural women,the study found that the poor publicity of policy,the product cannot meet the requirements,the assistance is not clear and the loan review and loanafter the assistance is not in place,a problem such as the rural financial market is not sound,the basic Women’s Federation is not working and rural women’s attention is not enough,are improtant factors restricting the development of rural women’s microfiance.Finally,the paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions,including clarifying the target of assistance,innovate microfiance products,strengthen risk regulation,increase cultual quality of rural women and reinforce coordination of government department,all these will be become important ways to solve the existing problems in the development of rural women’s microfiance in China.
