Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of District-level Inspections

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the increasingly perfect inspection system has become an important part of the national supervision system and governance system.Based on the study of the inspection system and the achievements obtained in the work style and anti-corruption work in the new situation,this article focuses the district-level inspection agencies and conducts an in-depth analysis of the situation of the district-level inspection agencies when performing their supervisory functions based on extensively collected inspection data.Based on the author’s working experience,this article conducts an overview on the current working status of the patrol agencies in the L area by describing the patrol procedures,patrol contents,and challenges.The author found the following problems when participating in the inspection task in the L area: Insufficient inspection personnel and incomplete personnel training system.It is difficult to promote the enthusiasm of cadres and improve the participation of the people during the implementation of inspections.Inspection quality is generally poor and clues of the proposed problem are difficult to identify.During the feedback rectification phase,the parties of the inspected units do not pay enough attention to the existing problems,which made it difficult to practicable the rectification.In view of the above problems,the author uses the literature research method,research analysis method and comparative research method to investigate the inspection system and puts forward the following suggestions.Strengthen the construction of inspection teams and improve the training system for inspection cadres,and increase the publicity of inspections.Innovate patrol methods to achieve multi-channel joint patrol,ensuringan effectively and comprehensively patrol.Establish patrol rectification tracking system,focus on the application of patrol results,and strengthen the publicity and the education to improve the problems in the feedback rectification process of patrol work.The current anti-corruption situation of the party and state is still very grim.The grass-roots inspection system is still a very important political system,an important means to improve the party’s supervision system,and an important way to connect the party and the people.Only by further improving the district-level inspection system can the positive role of the grass-roots inspection system be fully exerted.
