Study On The Influence Of Employment Ability Of The Relocated People In The Transference Area On The Integration Of Theresettlement Area

Poverty is a global problem,change of the relocation project for poverty alleviation,to play out of poverty to be completed,to realize the great Renaissance of the Chinese nation immigrants moved to settlement,change the original production way of life,can realize the sustainable development of immigrant settlement in relation to the immigration employment ability as immigrants obtain and maintain the ability to work,is of great significance for the survival and development of immigration Due to the limitations of quality,skills,capital and other aspects of immigrants,immigrants’ employability is generally not high and their employment stability is poor,which is not conducive to their resettlement integration.Based on this,it is of great significance to study the impact of employment ability of the relocated people in poverty alleviation on resettlement integration.Based on the change of poverty alleviation and relocation immigrants as the main research object,through questionnaire survey and in-home interviews to obtain the relevant data from the human capital and social capital first individual fitness,and career identity four dimensions measurement immigrant employment ability,based on the survey data shows that immigrants overall employment ability is low,embodied in the low degree of culture,job skill level to be raised,hinder the migration gaining and maintaining employment,health narrow social relations network,self development ability is insufficient,problem solving ability is low,the lack of market consciousness and self-confidence.Secondly,using the factor analysis method to explore the change of poverty alleviation relocation immigrant settlement into the measurement of dimensions,finally extracted three public factor,psychological into respectively,and the behavior,and economic integration into the analysis results show that the migration into the low level of overall settlement,behavior into faster than the psychological and economic integration in the end,focus on the influence on settlement in immigrant employment ability,the results showed that the human capital(education,work skill level,health)have significant positive effects on settlement into;Social capital(external support of interpersonal communication)has a significant positive effect on the integration of resettlement.Individual adaptability(self-development ability,adaptability to change and problem-solving ability)has a significant positive impact on resettlement integration,while occupational identity(market awareness)has a significant positive impact on resettlement integration.Based on the above research conclusions,countermeasures and Suggestions are proposed from four perspectives: human capital,social capital,individual adaptability and professional identity.(2)strengthen the social network of immigrants and strengthen cooperation and exchanges;(3)change the ideology and improve the adaptability of immigrants;(4)guide immigrants to make career adjustment and planning so as to improve their market competitiveness.
