Urban Community From The Perspective Of Embeddedness Theory Governance Model Analysis

Embeddedness governance emphasizes that the state(government),society and community are embedded in each other while adhering to their own boundaries.Such embeddedness includes not only the active embedding of the state,but also the passive embedding of the community’s own dependence and development needs.As the microcosmic unit closest to the residents’ life,community is also the area where the government and society intersect.The role of government in urban community governance of community governance has a close relationship with the direction,the government how to embed community,and in what way embedded in communities,and how to comb the embedded community relations between subject and what value to guide community development,is the modern most scholars pay attention to and research question,is also the focus of the thesis.This paper USES questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to collect data,and takes embeddability theory as an analysis tool to conduct research on Beijing’s alley butlers.It is mainly divided into three stages,namely,embedding starting point,embedding process and embedding target,corresponding to the political embedding,relational embedding and cultural embedding in the community governance model.Political embedding including government function,the policy system,the party led lay solid foundation for the community governance,the relationship between embedded focus is to coordinate the streets,residents’ committees,community,social organizations,community residents between the relationship between the property to a third party,such as culture is embedded in order to meet the needs of the community diversity,realize community autonomy of cultural value orientation.An empirical analysis of the embedded community governance model is carried out by taking Beijing’s alley stewards as an example,and several effective governance models are summarized,including the leading model of party construction in dongcheng district,the multi-party linkage participation model of D street,and the collective participation model of J community self-management institute.On this basis,it further analyzes the problems encountered in the process of urban community governance,such as the lack of basic security at the political embedding level,including the imbalance of government functions,the lack of institutional policy embedding,and the absence of material security.At the level of relationship embedding,the relationship between participants is not close and the channel is not smooth.At the level of cultural embedding,the service concept is not strong,and the autonomous atmosphere is weak.In view of the above problems,the corresponding solutions are proposed,which provide beneficial reference and inspiration for the innovation of urban community governance model in China.
