The object pointed to by intellectual property rights is intellectual achievements vari-ous types of works.In the context of the Internet era,developed network technologies have allowed various types of information and knowledge to be disseminated at low cost,resulting in the loss of rights and interests of relevant property owners.The phenomenon of knowledge infringement has evolved from original creators to ordinary Internet users.In the traditional way,original creators use law as a single way to protect their intellectual assets.It is no longer efficient.C urrent property rights transactions mostly exist in the form of third-party custody,and third-party intermediaries will have data precipitation in the process of providing interfaces for buyers and sellers 2.The phenomenon of caching the works of original creators,and then the phenomenon of insufficient data freshness and data fraud.At present,there are many common problems in the field of intellectual property rights such as cumbersome rights confirmation process,unclear authorization information and high cost of rights protection.Based on these problems,the blockchain technology featuring decentralization,non-tampering,and traceability provides technical possibilities for solving the security protection of intellectual property rights.It integrates a variety of existing mature technologies(data encryption;time stamp;Consensus algorithm;smart contract,etc.)can realize the creation,modification,ownership change information and other operations of the work,and can be backed up and checked at each node of the entire network,the power o f confirming the power is high,and the efficiency of circulation and use is improved.This article proposes a multichain model based on blockchain technology to serve users with many different roles to protect multiple types of knowledge carriers.There are three types of users in discussion: ordinary users(work creators or purchasers);Supervision department(generally divided by provincial level);arbitration department(relevant courts,arbitration institutions),knowledge carrier types include documen t,audio and video.According to different business scenarios applicable to different types of blockchains,the model proposes a Polkadot-based heterogeneous multi-chain model that includes public chains and alliance chains.The multi-chain model proposed in this paper mainly solves the following problems: 1)Combined with the advantages of different types of blockchain,a heterogeneous multi-chain model based on Polkadot network for multi-role and various types of knowledge carriers is constructed.Put the users of each type of knowledge carrier on a public chain,ensure that nodes can enter and leave freely,put the regulatory department and arbitration department on the alliance chain,and isolate the two types of users in the process of business processing through multi-channel technology data.2)The application layer implements the three major functional modules of rights confirmation in the copyright management market,copyright transactions and transfers,and accountability and rights protection after infringement.3)Improve the traditional process of transaction process is cumbersome,low efficiency,central institutions are vulnerable to attacks,difficult to obtain evidence,high cost of rights protection,etc.,to achieve the solution of recording metadata on the chain,tracking the use of works,efficient transactions,low-cost rights protection Finally,it implements a heterogeneous multi-chain intellectual property protection scheme with three types of roles,which can be confirmed,authorized,and defended.This model can effectively prevent the precipitation of third-party data,protect the privacy of original works,and implement a permission authentication mechanism.,Credit certificates and decentralized transactions,while protecting the interests of data asset owners,and quickly realizing the transaction requests of general users for confirmation,authorization and rights protection,it provides a reference for relevant departments to implement and improve relevant proposals. |
