Studies Of The Problems Of The Comprehensive Management Of Social Security Of Nanjie Subdistrict Of Jinzhou Guta District

Social stability is the guarantee of the national development.Stable social order plays an important role in promoting the national development.With China’s economic and social development,social security has become a key issue restricting economic development and social progress.In the past few years,social security problems occur frequently in Nanjie subdistrict of Guta district,Jinzhou,China.The local government adopted a series of measures to improve the comprehensive management of social security,achieved numbers of good results.However,there are still some urgent problems to be solved because of the influence of poor management concept and less of management measures.The paper studies the comprehensive management of social security in Nanjie subdistrict,divided into six parts.The research background is introduced and literatures are reviewed in the first part.In the second part,the basic concept and theory of the comprehensive management of social security are summarized.In the third part,the current situation,problems and causes of the comprehensive management of social security are analyzed.In the fourth part,such as Shanghai,Chongqing grassroots governments for reference.In the fifth part,make a few suggestions for promoting the comprehensive management of social security of Nanjie subdistrict.At last,the research come to the conclusion.There are two innovation in this paper.First,the comprehensive management of social security system of "three governance".From the perspective of gridding,informatization and legalization,the research puts forward some measures to cope with the comprehensive management of social security in Nanjie subdistrict,such as improving infrastructure construction,sharing resources,standardizing business processes,etc..Secondly,a new mode of the comprehensive management of social security at the grassroots level.By means of establishing standardized platform,"one-stop" service mechanism and fully playing the comprehensive service function,to improve the shortage of comprehensive management of order in Nanjie subdistrict.Build the mode of the comprehensive management of social security work of the grassroots.
