| Zhuang ethnic group is the most populous ethnic group in China.It is widely distributed in Guangxi,Guangdong,Yunnan and some parts of Guizhou.It is concentrated in 40 counties in the northwest of Guangxi.It has the characteristics of old revolutionary area,ethnic autonomy and geographical border.It is one of the typical ethnic border areas.The strategy of Rural Revitalization put forward in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China focuses on the "three rural issues" in China,which is the strategic guidance to solve the imbalance of urban and rural development and inadequate rural development,in which the ethnic border areas are the focus and difficulty of the work.In addition,at the time of the new epidemic in 2020,the villages in ethnic minority areas provide a "buffer zone" for epidemic prevention and resistance.The revitalization of villages in ethnic minority areas can effectively improve the resilience of China’s economic,cultural,social and other aspects of development,which is an important part of ensuring China’s comprehensive,healthy and strong development of epidemic resistance.Therefore,how to accurately grasp the promotion path of the Rural Revitalization Strategy in the Zhuang concentrated areas is of great significance to improve the overall implementation efficiency of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,provide reference for the Rural Revitalization path in the ethnic areas,and realize the balanced development of the region.Based on literature review and theoretical arrangement,this paper constructs a spatial equilibrium model of urban and rural development in ethnic minority areas,explains the process and mechanism of Rural Revitalization in Zhuang concentrated areas,and puts forward five key issues:Regional balanced development needs coupling and coordination of social,economic and ecological aspects;The overall promotion of Rural Revitalization needs to solve the problem of regional resource competition;Regional balanced development needs to solve the game between urbanization and Rural Revitalization;"Different but equal" is the theoretical basis of rural diversification and diversified development;Improving the level of rural public service is an important way to improve the quality of rural comprehensive development.On this basis,this paper discusses the choice of the path of Rural Revitalization in the concentrated areas of Zhuang Ethnic Group from three aspects of "basic conditions,coordinated development and driving factors".The research on the basic conditions is mainly based on the trend analysis of the time and space evolution of economy,industry and urbanization;Based on the comprehensive development index of Rural Revitalization weighted by entropy method,the research of coordinated development is based on the construction of binary and ternary coupling coordination model,and then through the numerical value,trend and comparative analysis of "coordination degree and coupling degree";Based on the spatial measurement model of Rural Revitalization driving force,the study of driving factors is used to explore the three major issues of Rural Revitalization resource competition,factor impact and public product(service)support;Finally,the paper discusses how to choose the right mode of Rural Revitalization and development,and puts forward policy suggestions.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The process of Rural Revitalization Strategy is to make up for the shortcomings of its own development,gradually move towards the city in quality,and achieve the "different but equal" process between urban and rural areas.(2)Compared with Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,the administrative area accounts for 45.32% and the population accounts for 29.23%.The area is mainly concentrated in the northwest of Guangxi,close to the border of Yunnan Province,and the problem of rocky desertification is serious,the level of economic development is not high,the industrial foundation is weak,the level of urban development is backward,the current situation of rural revitalization process is general,and there is significant positive spatial agglomeration Sex.(3)The coordinated degree of Rural Revitalization in the concentrated areas of Zhuang ethnic group is general,the coupling degree is low,and the comprehensive index of the subsystem of industrial prosperity,ecological livability and well-off life(effective governance,rural civilization and well-off life)is not high.The sequencing shows that the industrial development in the concentrated areas of Zhuang ethnic group is good,the ecological livability is general,and the well-off life needs to be developed,while the "ecological livability"-well-off life ”The coupling degree of the system is the lowest.(4)The process of Rural Revitalization among neighboring towns is competitive.There is also a clear competitive relationship between the urbanization process and the promotion of Rural Revitalization Strategy on resources.The specific industrial choice of each town contributes to the promotion of Rural Revitalization Strategy.At the same time,the expansion of a certain town area will hinder the promotion of the overall Rural Revitalization Strategy,but the increase of permanent population will promote the overall rural revitalization process,The rise of the proportion of public goods and services can promote and enlarge the impact on the promotion of the strategy of Rural Revitalization in the whole Zhuang concentrated area.On this basis,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the path of Rural Revitalization in the areas where Zhuang people live in concentrated communities.(1)There are four development modes for the Rural Revitalization of the concentrated Zhuang areas,namely,the development mode of small towns,the development mode of characteristic towns,the mode of urban-rural integration and the mode of central village + combination;(2)We should pay more attention to the coordinated development of the Rural Revitalization in the concentrated areas of Zhuang ethnic group;(3)We should pay attention to the differences in the implementation of the Rural Revitalization policies in the areas where the Zhuang people live in concentrated communities;(4)We should speed up the construction of the public industry and service in the villages of the concentrated areas of Zhuang ethnic group. |
