In the context of the "Asia-Pacific rebalancing" strategy of the United States, the security environment of the Korean peninsula has become increasingly complicated due to the North Korea nuclear issue and the"THAAD" system problem, and has continuously promoted the linkage and change of geopolitics and economic structure in Northeast Asia. The issue of the Korean Peninsula has always been one of the hot spots that the international community is concerned about. This region not only has conflicts and conflicts between its ethnic groups, but also has cooperation and confrontation between the major countries in and outside the domain. The contradictions are complex and intertwined.During the period of Park Geun-hye,the security environment of the Korean peninsula was changing rapidly in the fierce interactive game between countries. The turbulent peninsula pattern shaped the preferences and abilities among countries, thus changing the compensation structure of inter-state returns.North Korea’s external threats based on its own national security environment have become increasingly serious. It has conducted several nuclear tests and missile test-fire activities. This continuous behavior presents a“pendulum phenomenon”and continues to cause a sharp security environment in the Korean Peninsula.Variety.Based on its own security considerations,South Korea continues to strengthen its military alliance with South Korea and the United States, and uses a large-scale military exercise to extend the threat to the DPRK and counterbalance the ever-changing regional security threat posed by North Korea. The confrontation and conflict between the South and the North of the Korean Peninsula have indirectly led to a strategic game between the major powers. In particular, the United States has actively promoted the strategic“THAAD”system by using North Korea’s continuous nuclear tests and missile test activities, resulting in regional strategies among major powers. The competition for interests has become increasingly complex. From the perspective of systemic effect theory, this paper focuses on the interaction between actors in North Korea,South Korea, and the United States, focusing on the North Korean nuclear issue and the THAAD issue, and on the Korean Peninsula’s security environment.Influenced by the security structure under anarchy, the political trust between North Korea,South Korea, and the United States is low.In particular, the confrontation and conflict during the period of Park Geun-Hui made the political level communication almost stagnant, and further passed the evolution of North Korea’s nuclear issue and THAAD issue. The combing of the process and motivation reveals that North Korea and South Korea have shaped their mutual security status and the characteristics of the safety ring environment in response to their own interests,in order to respond to changes in the Korean Peninsula’s security environment.Under the current pattern of the security environment in Northeast Asia, around the North Korean nuclear issue and the“THAAD”system problem, the process of interest interaction between countries has accelerated, making the Korean Peninsula’s security environment meet with new challenges. These new challenges pose challenges for the future. There is uncertainty in shaping the security landscape. The conflict and instability in the Korean peninsula provide a better chance for the United States to continuously intervene in the affairs of Northeast Asia, and it also has a far-reaching impact on the development and interaction of the relations between neighboring countries in Northeast Asia, resulting in strategies between major countries. The game has become increasingly prominent. Finally, from the perspective of China,it elaborated on how to respond to the complex changes in the Korean Peninsula’s security environment to safeguard China’s national interests, and advocated that the establishment of a regional security mechanism would be conducive to the maintenance of peace and stability in Northeast Asia.
