In March 2015,Premier Li Keqiang proposed the "Internet+" action in the government work report in the "NPC and CPPCC",which provides the background for application of "Internet+" in the pension industry.And Shanghai,as one of the highest degree of population aging cities in China,is facing the strong demand of the elderly,the serious problem of the aged,and the more and more serious aging of the population.Therefore,how to use the Internet technology to promote the development of the pension industry is worth further researching and thinking.At the same time,Shanghai as a super large city in china,combining with the research of Shanghai pension industry "Internet+" will provide the reference value for the Internet + conducive to the development of the pension industry.The paper studies a total of eight parts.The first part,introduces the research background and research significance and describes the domestic and foreign literature and practice briefly about the development of Internet + endowment industry and so on;The second part,defines the connotation of the "Internet+" and "pension industry",and discusses the related theory and the superiority and necessity of the Internet + endowment industry;The third part,analyzes the Internet + endowment industry development environment from two dimensions of macro and micro,taking Shanghai Internet + pension services,Internet + the elderly spiritual services,Internet + elderly supplies services as the breakthrough point,through the data collection and sorting,this part analyzes the current situation of the development of the Internet + pension industry in Shanghai,then proposes problems existing in Shanghai Internet + endowment industry;The fourth part,conducts empirical analysis of the factors which influence the demand for Shanghai Internet +endowment industry,by using interactive analysis and multiple Logistic regression based on the survey data;The fifth part,gets inspirations and references from introducing the development of Internet + endowment industry experiences in developed countries;The sixth part,summarizes the concepts and principles of the development of the Internet+pension industry,then discusses the development path of the Internet + pension industry in Shanghai;the seventh part,put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of government,enterprises and the elderly to improve the development of Shanghai Internet+ endowment industry;The eighth part summarizes and analyzes the conclusions of the paper,then put forward the deficiencies and outlook.The main conclusions of the paper are as follows:First,Shanghai Internet + pension industry has steady political security,sturdy economic base,favorable social conditions and advanced technical level.However,when the Internet + pension industry seizes the development opportunity to play to their strengths,we should pay attention to avoid disadvantages and threats.Second,through the empirical analysis,the higher education level,the higher monthly income and the younger age,the understanding of the needs of the Internet + pension industry is more in-depth and more willing to experience.The poor physical condition,low education and low monthly income of the elderly,the demand and the understanding of the Internet + pension industry is more simple.Third,the paper integrates the needs of the elderly and its influencing factors to make effective integration and use of resources and proposes to construct Shanghai Internet + pension industry platform.Finally,the paper puts forward that the development of Internet + pension industry needs the joint efforts of the government,enterprises and the elderly.
