Content: With the development of social economy and population structurechange, our country has entered the aging society in fifteenth years. China is a countrywith a large population, a large number of the elderly, but also in the "old beforegetting rich" the economic development and people’s urgent need not on stage, facingdifficulties and problems to be solved and more difficult. In this paper, through theanalysis of multilayer surface status of aging in China, to find out a few heavypressures facing the aging society, and then studies the current our countryendowment industry characteristics, development mode, and the existing problemsand difficulties, the preference of the elderly population, consumption patterns, aswell as the "silver market" demand and development mode of analysis, it is concludedthat the pension industry socialization is the inevitable development direction in Chinato solve the pension problem of the future. At the same time, the foreign advancedexperience in this kind of one-stop service for the aged industry, through a detailedanalysis of USA, Europe, Japan and many of the pension industry and the mode ofcombining the current situation of our country, the author integrated design forChina’s pension industry in promoting the development of the"four-in-one" mode. Themodel is focused on many characteristics of the ageing population’s physiology andthe psychological two aspects, including pension services, psychiatric, medical,professional training and the dispatch of four big modules together, and both thefamily pension, pension, endowment institutions in three ways. Finally thedevelopment of endowment "four-in-one" mode, will be the correct direction for thedevelopment of future pension industry in China, but also is the government runpension industry, enterprises seek new ways to profit growth.
