Evaluation Of Home Care Service Quality In Shanghai Songjiang District

With the aging of our population increasing seriously,the traditional family pension and institutional pension issues,many elderly people can not meet their pension needs.At this point the gradual development of home care services,and access to the promotion and attention.However,the implementation of home care,service satisfaction,etc.is not clear,refer to some of the relevant literature,and rarely introduced clearly.Therefore,based on the literature review at home and abroad,combined with the SERVQUAL evaluation scale,this paper constructs the standard and evaluation index of the home care service quality,and makes an empirical study on the evaluation index system in Songjiang District,Shanghai.Based on the evaluation results,this paper analyzes the existing problems and reasons of the old-age care service in Songjiang District of Shanghai,and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.This is of great value for the evaluation of the quality of the old-age service in China.The paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is introduction.It mainly describes the research methods and contents of the paper and the innovation.The second chapter is the definition of the concept and theoretical basis.It also defines the basic concepts in the thesis,and also explains the theory involved in the thesis.The third chapter establishes the foundation for the following evaluation of the home care service quality and the evaluation of the service quality by building the home care service quality standard.The fourth chapter is the construction of home care service quality evaluation index system.On the basis of the above research,the evaluation index system of home care service is constructed with the SERVQUAL evaluation scale,and the index weight is calculated rationally,which makes the evaluation index system more reasonable and scientific.The fifth chapter is the empirical research.The comprehensive evaluation of the service quality of old-age care service in Songjiang District of Shanghai was carried out by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the problems and reasons of affecting the old-age care service in Songjiang District of Shanghai were analyzed combining with the evaluation results.The sixth chapter is the countermeasure suggestion.Based on the results of the above empirical research and the analysis of the problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the service quality of the elderly in Songjiang District of Shanghai.The seventh chapter is the summary and prospect of the thesis.Summarizes the content of the paper,and points out the shortcomings of the research and the future research direction.The conclusion of this paper is that there are some shortcomings in the old-age care service in Songjiang District of Shanghai.From the meal,to help clean,to help doctors,to help.Recreation services,there are five dimensions of the elderly are not satisfied with the place.Therefore,it is an effective way to improve the service quality of old-age care in our country and meet the multi-level needs of the material and spiritual needs of the elderly by probing into the problem and analyzing the relevant reasons,and then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of multiple subjects.
