In order to strengthen and improve the quality of trial work,to meet the development requirements of trial work,performance evaluation concept came into being,the eatablishment of trial quality and efficiency evaluation system through quantitative methods to objective evaluate the quality of trial work,the efficiency and effectiveness of trial work is essential.Although this system is still in the initial stage of the judicial examination mechanism,the indicators of system can not be completely accurate that the objective situation,but it can be used as a tool to improve the quality and efficiency of the trial work.Engineering center according to the demand of the court,based on the C/S architecture,using PowerBuilder development technology designed the Tianjin trial quality and effiency evalution system.The system includes data acquisition,calculation and report.Data acquisition is realized by the data collectioin and data filling module.Index calculated by statistics module,according to the established standards generated,accuracy of the calculation results of it depends on the data collection and data filling.The report shows through access module display results to the user in the form of statements.Configuration module and feedback module as a subsidiary function module,achieved the parameter setting and index feedback function.Data collection function increased the duplicate check of the case,extended the deadline for three days after Statistics Day,increased monitoring of the operating conditions and database connection.System’s access module is added in the pre-release function,to deal with the data is not the same.System has optimized SQL statements and index to improve the query effiency.The quality and effiency evaluatioin system assist court analysis of the current situation of trial work.Using the objective data to reflect actual situation.The development of this system is a mature process.It’s composition and characteristics and mode of operation will gradually improve.The technology also will continue to optimize.Finally meet the requirements of judicial judgment.
