| In the context of the technological leap and media renewal brought about by the industrial revolution,the influence of images has become ever more powerful and far-reaching.Nowadays,people are more and more accustomed to expressing their emotions and feelings through images.Photography,cameras and,in recent years,smart phones have become a bridge between the real world and the visual world of the senses,so the study of image language and representation is particularly important.Besides,with the support of digital technology and equipment,the creative space of creators is expanding and the expression of images is becoming more and more diversified.Many of them,whether due to professional needs or personal interests,are keen on finding different themes and entry points,giving full play to their creative thinking and combining image elements with modern art features to form unique and creative images.This paper attempts to sort out the language usage of creative images,and uses the graduation work design creation process as the basis for practice and application,and conducts research on the ideational strategies of creative images.This paper is divided into six sections.The introductory is the general outline of this paper.After describing the research background of this thesis and sorting out the current status of domestic and international research,the significance of this thesis is proposed,the research objectives are formulated,and the research methods are introduced.The first chapter is the programmatic chapter of this paper,which provides an overview of the concepts related to "image" mentioned in this paper,explores the definition of the concept of "image" in different conceptions in China and the West,outlines the history of the evolution of the image medium,and discusses the differentiation process of the image function with the evolution of the times.The second chapter summarizes the linguistic presentation of creative images,introduces the concepts of "image language" and "creative images",and interprets the linguistic style of creative images accordingly.The third chapter is the key part of this paper,which mainly explores the signification strategies of creative images from three dimensions: subject construction,structure setting and audiovisual expression.The fourth chapter takes the graduation design work "Memory Sealed" as a practical case.The creative image signification strategy described in the previous chapter is practiced in the perspectives of creative topic selection in the early stage,creative design in the middle stage,and editing and presentation in the late stage.The fifth chapter summarizes the research and creation process.At the same time,it also explores the pros and cons of video culture and proposes an outlook for the future in light of current video trends. |
