Study On Color Of Modern Meticulous Figure Painting

Meticulous figure painting is an important form of traditional Chinese painting.The earliest embryonic form of figure painting is shown in the early rock paintings and painted pottery.The concept of color in Chinese traditional painting is an imagery thinking mode based on humanistic philosophy,which is the result of the mutual influence of Chinese humanistic concept and philosophical thought.After thousands of years of development,Meticulous Figure Painting has formed its own unique theoretical system in the expression of color,and occupies a high artistic position.With the continuous integration of Chinese and foreign cultures,as well as the influence of western color composition art concept,modern meticulous figure painting has been constantly developed and innovated.Compared with the traditional meticulous figure painting,modern meticulous figure painting in the use of color has a newer understanding,in the choice of subject matter has more freedom and broader space.The artistic language of brush and ink and the formal beauty of color in modern meticulous figure painting have been sublimated on the original basis,and the western art theory,which has been "Chinese",has gradually become a part of the art system of Chinese painting.The appearance of this new ideology and expression has put a mysterious veil on modern meticulous figure painting.Under this background,it is necessary for us to have a new understanding of modern meticulous figure painting.Based on the comparison and analysis of traditional and modern meticulous figure painting,this thesis explores the application of color in meticulous figure painting under the combination of China and the West.This article altogether divides into four parts,the first part summarizes the traditional meticulous figure painting in the color performance which the characteristic,the second part,analyzes the modern meticulous figure painting in the different theme color manifestation.The third part analyzes the innovative development of modern meticulous figure painting color collocation.The last part,combined with their own theoretical knowledge and practical experience,in the creation of color performance to expand the understanding.
