Study On The Applications Of Guizhou Batik Patterns Creation From The Fractal Perspective In Visual Communication Design

Fractal batik patterns are the product of the combination of batik patterns,fractal patterns,mathematics,computer science,and folk art created in Guizhou,and are a new field of research in the context of the technological era.This thesis takes fractal vision as the starting point of exploration,and then analyzes the characteristics of natural object shapes,batik patterns,and fractal patterns;explores the visual expressiveness of fractal patterns and the development status in the field of art and design,as well as explores and shows the application cases of Guizhou batik patterns;elaborates the theoretical methods and design principles of the creation process,and searches for new design ideas of creation.Finally,in order to develop and inherit Guizhou batik well,a series of fractal batik patterns are created by combining beauty forms with pattern design under the fractal vision.Fractal batik pattern design is inspired by the composition of batik pattern and the frontier of fractal.Creative elements are extracted from batik pattern and fractal set modeling,and the visual direction of pattern design is made clearer by means of translation.Using research methods such as literature survey,field research,interdisciplinary and design practice,this paper iteratively nests the patterns designed from a fractal perspective,and then designs a new fractal batik pattern: "Fractal Batik Vortex","Blue Flowers Like Brocade","Qifei Wax Mantle","As Real as Fantasy" and so on.Finally,the theme of the exhibition is "Fractal Batik Exhibition--A Feast of Visual Patterns",and the visual design of the whole exhibition is planned through the displayed pattern works.The exhibition aims to integrate innovative creative elements,to further enhance the innovation of batik patterns,to stimulate the vitality of regional creative industries,to share fractal culture,to promote the high-quality development of Guizhou batik economy,and to create a higher quality,broader and more influential fractal batik creative industry.
