| With the high importance society attaches to art education for children,art education for children has become an important part of our educational training industry.With the continuous influx of social capital,the competition in the children’s art education market is becoming more and more fierce.However,in this industry,most small and medium-sized training institutions are at the same level,and there is serious homogeneity.No well-known enterprises with scale and brand advantages have been formed.With the introduction of the "double reduction" policy,as well as the impact of the epidemic,the business model and marketing model of art training institutions have undergone great changes.Marketing is an important link to the survival and development of enterprises.Therefore,in the new stage of development,how should art training institutions adjust their marketing strategies to match them has become the most important issue for them to face.Through the organizational structure,main products,SWOT analysis,and market survey and questionnaire survey of Company X,this thesis concludes that Company X’s unclear positioning in the market,poor product competitiveness,ineffective channel construction,unreasonable price customization,and i Insufficient promotion efforts have restricted thesustainable development of the enterprise.In response to the above issues,the basic principles of STP were applied to position the market for children’s art education in China,determine the target market of Company X from kindergarten to elementary school,adopt a diversified product portfolio,create differentiated course products,and improve the added value of course products;strengthen the integration of online channel resources,online channel promotion,and online and offline integrated channel strategies;develop different customer needs for different price strategies;adopt old customer promotion methods and non-fixed contests.It also conveys and communicates the chosen market positioning,builds product service processes,forms a lean and effective marketing channel team,avoids falling into the misconception of price wars,and establishes long-term evaluation and incentive mechanisms for promotional strategies.Thus,the company has a strong competitive edge in marketing,and can offer practical marketing strategies for the company’s future development.The program can be effectively applied to the company’s business management and can be well applied to the marketing management of children’s art training enterprises.Research on Children’s Art Education Marketing expands the field of Marketing Management,and enriches the application of Marketing Theory in Children’s Art Education.The research in this paper will help to further enrich the marketing concepts of art training institutions,such as experience marketing and service marketing. |
