Hip-hop is a combination of sports and street dance,the basic content is the body movements,to individual or group forms with hip-hop music,with entertainment,fitness and performance.With the increasing demand for hip-hop professionals in our country,new requirements have been put forward for hip-hop teaching in sports and arts colleges and universities.In order to meet the needs of the state and society for high level hip-hop dance talents,this paper investigates and studies the teaching contents and methods of hip-hop dance special courses in Xi’an Institute of Physical Education,sorts out and analyzes the specific problems that hip-hop special students may encounter and have encountered in their study,sums up and summarizes the difficulties that teachers of hip-hop dance special courses meet in the teaching contents and methods,puts forward the optimization strategy for the teaching contents and methods of hip-hop dance special courses in Xi’an Institute of Physical Education in combination with the actual situation of their own schools,makes full use of the advantages of the special courses of hip-hop dance in Xi’an Institute of Physical Education to improve students’ skills,creativity and performance of hip-hop dance in an effective way,so as to enable students to develop in an all-round way,infiltrate the content of quality education,realize the teaching objectives,provide theoretical guidance to a certain extent for the teaching contents and methods of hip-hop dance special courses in other colleges and universities,and cultivate and deliver high-quality professionals for the society and even the country.This study investigates the current situation of the teaching content and teaching methods of the special hip-hop dance course for the dance performance specialty of Grade 2020 in the Xi’an Institute of Physical Education,and takes the hip-hop dance special students for the dance performance specialty of Grade 2020 as the research object by using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods.In combination with the comparative study of the experimental teaching of the special hip-hop dance course for one semester,the following conclusions are finally reached:1.In the teaching content of hip-hop dance special course of dance performance major of Xi’an Institute of physical education,the content of hip-hop dance overview and teaching ability training theory course is relatively complete,and the dance types included in the content of hip-hop dance characteristic action course are relatively comprehensive.However,they only learn the basic movements of hip hop,jazz and locking,and do not involve other dances;There are too many basic class hours,too few characteristic action class hours of hip-hop dance,and no small-scale hip-hop dance courses with more detailed differentiation are offered;Hip hop rhythm practice,basic movement practice and characteristic movement practice are too simple,and the formulation of teaching content does not take students as the main body.2.Through the investigation and comparative analysis of the classification of hip-hop dance teaching content,it is found that there are too many finished routines in hip-hop dance teaching content,and it is most reasonable to expand it with freestyle(free play)exercises,which is more in line with the characteristics of hip-hop dance competition.3.Through the systematic analysis and Research on various dance types of hip-hop dance,this paper puts forward the basic framework and classification of the teaching content of the hip-hop dance special course,takes "health first" as the basic idea,comprehensively develops the basic and characteristic actions of various dance types for students majoring in different dance types,comprehensively considers the personality characteristics and interests of different students,actively develops and expands the content,and arouses the learning interests of hip-hop dance special students,To comprehensively improve hip-hop dance technology and lifelong sports services.4.Due to the restriction of traditional teaching methods,the street dance special course of dance performance major in Xi’an Institute of physical education lacks creative thinking and can not give full play to the subjectivity of students;The unchanging teaching methods lead to boring classes.5.The experimental results of teaching method optimization combination show that the effect of teaching method optimization combination scheme on students’ learning interest,technical mastery and sports performance is positive and significant,indicating that the application of teaching method optimization combination scheme in the teaching of hip-hop dance is feasible and effective.6.The optimized combination of teaching methods gives full play to the leading role of teachers,highlights the dominant position of students,and creates an equal relationship between teachers and students and a good teaching atmosphere.Students are satisfied with the optimized combination of teaching methods,which improves the teaching effect of hip-hop dance.
